Toejam sent me this essay written by a white teacher who teaches at a predominantly black school. It is a sad read and it shows just what the liberals have done to blacks in America. No matter. It keeps them poor and voting Dimocrat which was the whole purpose of Lyndon Johnson’s Great Fucking Society. It wasn’t designed to help blacks. It was designed to keep them poor, uneducated, and kept on the Dimocrat plantation. After all, Lyndon Johnson was overheard saying, “If this bill passes it will keep niggers voting for Dimocrats for generations.” It has.
As I have said many times, if the KKK had wanted to destroy blacks in this country, they couldn’t have done a better job than the Dimocrat Party. After all, the KKK was the armed and militant wing of the Dimocrat Party. I got a kick a few weeks back when MSNBC said that George Wallace was a Republican. The idiots who watch MSNBC prolly believed it.
And then we have the useful idiots of the Congressional Black Caucus who are more than happy to keep the blacks poor and uneducated. It keeps them voting for black Dimocrats who live like kings and queens compared to their constituents. Look how Jug Hussein Ears Downgrade and Queen Moochelle are living high off the hog.
Dimocrats and black leaders could change things by speaking out about the anti-achievement mentality of poor blacks who think that doing well in school is “acting white”. They could speak about taking responsibility for one’s actions, but it’s easier to blame whitey. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have made a real good living as racial demagogues. Jackson extorted a beer distributorship for his family in Chicago from Anheuser Busch.
When I was an instructor for IBM, one of my fellow instructors was a black dude who grew up as a sharecropper’s son in either Mississippi or Alabama. He joined the Air Force out of college and got trained in electronics. After getting out of the Air Force, he got a job with IBM fixing computers. He eventually came to Atlanta to teach computers. IBM used to have a program where IBMers would go to schools promoting education and pointing out how it enabled people to succeed. Jimmy would go to inner city schools. He was a black guy in a three piece suit who started out poor as dust, but through hard work and education he had become an instructor with IBM who was on his way to management. He also despised Jesse Jackson. I asked him how he did with his “black brothers” in the inner city schools. He told me it was very depressing. Here he was, a successful black man offering his hand to pull people up and he told me that all they wanted to do was pull him down. He was an Uncle Tom. He was acting white.
Of course, I’m a racist for pointing this out.

Well said , I could relate some of my experiences but they would mirror your post & it should stand on it sown!
I graduated from a Detroit high school and there was a bit of that 40+ years ago, but just a bit. What is happening now, due to rampant liberal policies and attitudes, is that the black, inner city community is de-evolving. The veneer of civilization is falling away from these people. Government policies and the constant din of the liberal/progressive race baiters are very much to blame.

Too many of my buddies were involved in that so-called “race riot” for me to use that as any indicator of anything other than PC induced lawlessness. It was not only blacks that took advantage of the situation, but they were the ones that didn’t know when it was time to stop.
I was midnight shift in a factory during the riots. Three white guys, 30 black guys. No problems of any kind.

Christ! I graduated when I was 17 as did my sister and neither of us skipped a grade. When I was 19, I was in the Navy. I know two people who graduated from college at 19. And this loser can’t read cursive? I learned how to read and write cursive when I was in the 3rd grade, fer chrissakes.
She supposedly speaks Spanish (Dominican Father), French (Haitian Mother), and English (Yes, Sir!)
Considering that black children have no real interest in learning in school it comes as no surprise that she cannot read cursive.
Having taught at both the high-school and university levels for 15 years, I saw a lot of really good and really bad black students. All that he says is true to some degree, but he’s overgeneralizing.

My brother asked me to help him with a graduation party a young woman was holding at his dance hall last week. I was security and then helped clean up afterwards. The party-goers were generally black, the music was rap, the dancing was humping with clothes on, and I was a busy guy.
“What are you holding there?” Gesturing towards the pants down around his knees. “My balls.” “That’s not your balls, son. Pull it out or I’ll kick it out.” He pulls out… a bottle of brandy. “Get that out of here.” He goes outside, chugs the bottle and comes back in. 20 minutes later he was back outside throwing up.
“What’chu stoppin me fo?” “It’s 105 and you’re wearing a down vest.” “So?” “Show me what you have under it.” “Not gunna.” “Leave. NOW.”
Cleanup was horrible. They trashed the place and did worse to the parking lot, where my brother was unfortunate enough to find a used tampon along with assorted other junk. Feral youths, turning into entitled barbarians with no skills or future.
The following night, he had another party at his dance hall. The people were the same color or darker and just a few years older. This young lady was celebrating her graduation from dental school. The difference was night and day. No problems, hardly even had to sweep the floor afterwards. Culture was the difference. I’m not racist, I’m a culture snob.
It’s culture. The article you linked to was very disturbing. At first it read like a stereotype litany, but I began to realize that guy was just relating his experience. It is sad. Those people are victims of the ‘progressive’ agenda. The progress is right down the toilet. The culture we heard Bill Cosby tell us about was much more like what it was like living in the inner city before the equal rights revolution. Black people were pulling themselves up by their own bootstraps, overcoming obstacles to become Americans. Now that the race master-baiters and exploiters have taken over, the blacks have developed a dysfunctional culture in which skin color is the uniform.
This really has nothing to do with race. It is all about balkanization. We give them affirmative action, and it gets worse. We give them free food, free housing, etc., and it gets worse. We try to change our teaching methods, and it gets worse. The anger that everything is “racis’ ” is ridiculous. Even if it was, what happened to, “We shall overcome!”? Someone said feral youth. Yup.
I know it isn’t that blacks are incapable of success. It is that it is “acting white” to pursue it. WTF? Fine then. You’ve made your choice. No matter how much we grease the skids, or tilt the playing field in their direction, we can’t do enough. Quit it with the race thing already! When people like Dr. Thomas Sowell, Dr. Ben Carson, Clarence Thomas, Bill Cosby, Condoleeza Rice, Herman Cain, Walter E. Williams, etc., exist, I know blacks are capable of extremely high achievement. I honestly do not believe that creepy-ass crackas are not throwing chairs in their way. But even if we were, the gutsy thing to do is jump over them in their quest for their deserved place in society.
