So how is that Black Lives Matter movement working out? Not so well. Let’s look at Chicago. In 2014, when the Black Lives Matter movement started, there were 460 homicides in Chicago, most of them black on black. So far in 2015, there have been 498 homicides (soon to top 500) in Chicago, most of them black on black. Of course, those of us with functioning brains know that the Black Lives Matter movement has nothing to do with black lives. If it did, it would focus on the real problem and that is blacks killing other blacks, but that would mean taking responsibility for their dysfunctional culture. Can’t have that. Black Lives Matter is just another way of blaming whitey for their problems. More black people are killed by other black people on a three day weekend in Chicago than are killed by white cops in an entire year in the entire country.
