Way to go Johnny Boy! Yep! I’m talking about John McRINO. This is his second AOTW Award this year. He gets it this week for accusing Rand Paul for working for Vladimir Putin. WTF? McRINO is on the verge of senility and should have retired. Instead, we continue to be stuck with his BS. Here’s your award asshole.

Ah Diversity (All Hail Diversity!). What a scam! As anyone who has at least one functional brain cell knows, Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) is nothing but rebranded affirmative action for Negros with some crumbs left over for homosexuals, women, Hispanics, and crips. Back in the 90’s affirmative action had gotten a real bad rep since people were tired of seeing unqualified Negros hired and promoted over more qualified whites. I saw it at IBM. Of course, corporations were shaken down by RWPPs like Jesse Jackson and it was easier to just buckle down and take the hit of some incompetence to avoid the bullshit from the racial grievance industry. But the workforce was getting pissed off. What to do? What to do? Then someone got the bright idea of Diversity (All Hail Diversity!).

Every year at IBM we had a requirement of having a meeting on affirmative action and equal opportunity. This was to convince us that hiring and promoting unqualified Negros was a good idea. Back in the 90’s this changed. It started with a town hall meeting on Diversity (All Hail Diversity!). A whole shitload of us had to attend it and it was held in one of those large banquet rooms. It was an all day affair. We had a bunch of speakers, most of them Negros, to ram Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) down our throats. One of them was the newly minted Vice President of Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) a position created by Lou Gerstner who was running IBM at the time. We were told that Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) was about Negros, homosexuals, women, Hispanics, and crips (pretty much in that order). I ducked out at lunch time and went back to the office to do productive work.

As an aside, if you don’t believe Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) is mostly for Negros look at who is in charge of Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) at your organization. I’ll bet that person is a Negro.

I was pretty pissed off anyway since there wasn’t much handicapped parking and the closest parking place I could find was about a quarter of a mile way! I wrote a Speak Up! (a suggestion/complaint program at IBM) that you would think that a mandatory meeting designed to ram Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) down our throats would take Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) into account and have enough handicapped parking for crips. Their reply was that I should have requested special accommodations.

One of the mottos thrown around about Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) is Strength Through Diversity (All Hail Diversity!). What a bunch of bullshit that is. Here is an example of that. Thanks to many readers who sent me this article.

Officials at the New York State Board of Regents believe it is more important to be politically correct than to ensure that the individuals educating New York’s students have a mastery of the English language. Associated Press reports that the Board of Regents plans to scrap a literacy test for potential teachers today because too many non-whites are failing the test. Critics claim the test is making it difficult to achieve diversity within the teaching profession.

The test in question is the Academic Literacy Skills Test (ALST), which “measures whether a prospective teacher can understand and analyze reading material and also write competently,” according to the New York Post.

The ALST was introduced in the 2013-2014 school year, along with three other assessments, ostensibly to raise the quality of teachers in New York by assessing reading and writing skills and testing an individual’s ability to master the Common Core standards for English. New York State Deputy Commissioner of Education Ken Wagner defended the test as one that would help to “ensure that each newly certified teacher entered the classroom with certain minimum knowledge, skills and abilities.”

We had the same problem at IBM. Not enough women and minorities were passing an aptitude test to be hired as customer engineers, so they scrapped the test because it was discriminatory. That was what the frickin’ test was designed to do! It was designed to discriminate against people who didn’t have the skills for the job. This was back in the late 70’s and was the result of affirmative action and equal opportunity. I crossed over from the Mattel Division Office Products Division to the Field Engineering Division in 1978 and was shocked to find out that my classmates hadn’t had to take an aptitude test and some were totally unqualified and naturally flunked out of the class. One of the women had no electronics background at all. This was a position where one had to repair electronic equipment. She didn’t even know Ohm’s Law. There were four people in my class that had no business being there and an aptitude test would have weeded them out. Instead, IBM had to hire them, send them to school where they flunked out, and find them another position or fire them. One of the students in my class who flunked out and got fired sued IBM. I never found out what happened, but I imagine IBM settled since that was usually cheaper than going to court.

Improving the quality of teachers is of prime importance to the education reform movement, according to AP. A December 2016 study by the National Council on Teacher Quality found that 44 percent of teaching programs accepted students from the bottom half of their high school classes.

I remember Neal Boortz, a now retired talk show host in Atlanta used to say that the dumbest college students went into education. The next dumbest go into journalism.

The ALST is comparable to a 12th grade-level assessment, states the executive director of the New York office of the Education Trust Ian Rosenblum, and is comprised of multiple choice questions based on reading passages such as President John F. Kennedy’s inaugural address.

When the test was first rolled out, the statewide pass rate was 68 percent, prompting State Education Commissioner John King to announce that New York’s teacher-prep programs needed to improve or be closed.

“It’s better to have fewer programs that better prepare teachers than having many schools that have teachers who are unprepared for the classroom,” King said.

Sounds good. Unfortunately that doesn’t work in the real world.

But focus has been redirected from failing teacher-prep programs to the test itself. Critics claim it hurts diversity because too many non-white individuals are failing it. AP reports that just 46 percent of Hispanic test-takers and 41 percent of black test-takers passed the test at first try, compared to 64 percent of white test-takers.

And as we all know, Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) is more important than competence because there is “Strength in Diversity (All Hail Diversity!)”.

In 2015, individuals who had failed the ALST challenged the test in court with claims that it is discriminatory, but a federal judge determined that the test was not racially discriminatory.

Judge Kimba M. Wood, a failed Bill Clinton nominee for U.S. attorney general, ruled that just because racial minorities scored lower on the test did not mean it was discriminatory. Wood determined that the test accurately evaluates the skills necessary to teach successfully and therefore has a place in determining which individuals should be permitted to teach.

The judge may as well have said that Negros and Hispanics were dumber than whites but we can’t have that can we?

Despite this ruling, however, members on the Board of Regents assert that the test is hurting its agenda of achieving a diverse workforce of school teachers. Professor of Education at Pace University Leslie Soodak, who served on the task force behind the recommendation to eliminate the ALST, said, “Having a white workforce really doesn’t match our student body anymore.”

It’s more important to have a bunch of dumb Negro and Hispanic teachers because of Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) and people are wondering why our schools are failing? The article continues with more bullshit and reading the rest of it makes it easy to understand why we are producing a class of minority illiterates who are unqualified to find decent jobs all in he name of Diversity (All Hail Diversity!). It’s nice to know that we’ll have a nice diverse underclass although it will tend to be made up mostly of Negros and Hispanics.

Gracious me! The time got away from me. I’m spending too much time on Twitter making fun of Rachel Madcow and some dumb Negro rappers who are threatening to assassinate Trump and kidnap his wife and pimp her out as a whore. And Negroes wonder why cops are wary of young Negro men. As I’ve said many times to the professional Negro grievance industry, if you want the cops to treat you with respect, quit acting like barbarian savages. This is the United States, not Africa. Anyway, here’s Ron’s latest rant because I don’t have time to write anything.

Hard to avoid “breaking news” these days. And even harder not to hear the same thing a dozen times a day when the leftistas go into a feeding frenzy. I’ve lost all confidence in news from all TV stations except OAN, where at least they’re up front about being biased (conservatively).

About the only way to find out what’s really happening in politics or government or international relations or terrorism is to go on line and read CNN, OAN, FoxNews, and BBC (if you can get it), then average ‘em all out and investigate, interpolate, and extrapolate for yourself.

Today it’s Rachel Maddow and her giant nothingburger about DJT’s taxes. I’ve watched Maddow before just to see what all the fuss was about when I picked up some heavy-duty snark about her from conservative blogs a few years ago.

She can be persuasive and contagious, I suppose, to those who already agree with her take on things. She’s certainly glib and quick and articulate, and obviously quite well educated, at least in formal terms. I read somewhere that she has a doctorate in PoliSci.

But despite her intellect and her energy, I just can’t go along with much of what she says. I know it’s not fair to judge a pundit or analyst based on limited observations of no more than an hour or so total, but I’ve tried shrimp in a wide variety of recipes and just don’t like it, and it’s the same with opinions – they’re like armpits; everybody’s got ‘em and all of ‘em stink from time to time, even my own.

Same with Maddow. Don’t think I’d like her even if I had nothing to watch BUT her for political news analysis. You could feed me shrimp or crab or lobster every day, but I doubt very much I’d ever develop a taste for it . . . smells like a dumpster out behind a Chinese restaurant that hasn’t been dumped all summer — can’t get it past my nostrils.

Now, since I don’t like crab, or oysters, or mudbugs, or anything that wears its skeleton on the outside and feeds on the bottom, I don’t eat it. That doesn’t mean I want everyone else to abstain from eating the stuff if they like it. That would be narrow-minded and childishly selfish, downright “progressive,” like the people who don’t like guns and therefore believe that NO ONE should have them, except their own bodyguards.

My wife and all our children and grandchildren enjoy shrimp and all those bottom-feeding necromancers. Fine with me, so long as I don’t have to smell it cooking or its remnants in the trash. Same with Maddow et al. I’ll try it, but if I don’t like it I won’t come back to it.

I just wish people, and that includes ABCNNBCBS and MSNBC and ESPN and SNL and NYC and the Left Coast, would give DJT a chance instead of turning pissant mounds into Vesuviuses and fireflies into flame-breathing dragons while giving unlimited free passes to a magic negro who accomplished nothing positive in 8 years and claims never to have had a scandal in his administration.

What will we get a few days from the media when the income-tax Capone-vault caper has run its course and the Russian connection wears thin and gives out? Incest? Genetic insanity? Crossdressing? Body doubles? Nazi connection? His youngest kid is autistic? J.H.F.C. Enuf is enuf.

With VERY few exceptions, there are no great men. Generally speaking, what we get are guys like Eisenhower or Truman or Churchill who were basically just ordinary guys challenged by extraordinary circumstances.

Very few are actually born great. They might be born into environments or situations which prepare them for leadership, such as Alexander or JFK – power or money – or they might just stumble into greatness, like Steve Young who was a backup for Joe Montana and got the #1 job when Montana suffered a serious tendon injury or Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal Lecter) the understudy for the famous Lawrence Olivier who got his break when Olivier went down with appendicitis.

Others such as Audie Murphy have greatness jammed in their faces because of fast-breaking life-or-death situations with which they had no causal connection but repeatedly rose to the occasion to become national heroes.

A guy who becomes a somebody, a guy who starts with nothing and accomplishes what others see as spectacular, is going to be criticized while he’s climbing that shaky ladder. It’s part of the dues one pays for being famous. Great men know that, and the shine on their greatness is that they can rise above the BS and make it all the way to the top no matter what people do to impede them or shoot them down.

Trump seems much more open-minded about things than his predecessor. I think he’s willing to listen on most issues. Doesn’t mean he’ll change his mind and he’s often his own worst public-affairs enemy, but in cases where he’s not particularly experienced, I think he’ll hear out the experts before ordering the baby thrown out with the bath.

Without a certain degree of liberal open-mindedness, there could never be any new inventions, no forward progress, only stagnation. But if there’s no respect for time-honored and experience-proven standards, there can be no order, no reliability, only chaos.

An old adage says that if you’re young and not a liberal, you have no heart, and if you’re over 40 and STILL a liberal, you haven’t learned a damned thing so far. DJT looks to me like an open-minded guy with some deeply rooted conservative standards. One helluva lot better than a foreign-oriented socialist who would side with the Muslims if the winds turned in an ugly direction.

And as for the media, let’s just leave it at this: Great men discuss ideas. Average guys discuss events. Immature troublemakers discuss other people.

Over the past few months the Atlanta Urinal and Constipation has been trying to pull at our heart strings with two issues, immigration and Obummercare. One day there would be an article on immigration about how the undocumented workers illegal aliens were scared of being deported. The next day there would be an article about how someone’s mother/father, wife/husband, or son/daughter had been saved by the wonderful Obummercare program. Mixed in with that would be other anti-Trump articles. Well, on Sunday, the AJC hit the trifecta. Immigration, Obummercare, and an anti-Trump article.

First off Obummercare. The new Republican plan, which I oppose, will hurt the old and the poor. Boo freaking hoo. Nothing about how Obummercare already stole $500 billion from Medicare. And, as my sister pointed out, there is nothing about all of the jobs that Obummercare killed. How full time jobs turned into part time jobs and how part time jobs turned into no jobs. Economists like Paul Krugman deny this, but the nice thing about Krugman is you can always get the truth by noting that it is the opposite of what he sez. If he sez Obummercare creates jobs, you know that the truth is it kills jobs. I cannot think of any economist who has been consistently wrong on just about anything more often than Krugman. One thing to remember about Krugman. He was an economist for ENRON. That should tell you all you need to know. Obummercare also allowed companies to dump their healthcare plans.

Opponents of the new plan claim it will cut healthcare for rural areas. Obummercare has already done that. Another thing they say is it will raise premiums. You mean more than Obummercare has? It was supposed to cut premiums by $2500 per family. How did that work out? And another thing Obummercare has done is reduce choice since so many insurance companies have left the exchanges. So many people would lose insurance. Yeah a lot of those would be the people who didn’t want insurance in the first place and were forced to buy it and then pay large premiums for policies with high deductibles which are useless for most medical problems. The fact of the matter is that just about anything would be better than Obummercare. Even Ryancare. The best solution is to totally repeal Obummercare and start over from scratch. What Ryancare is Obummercare 2.0 or Obummercare Lite. Pick your poison. Trash it! Allowing insurance companies to sell across state lines would be a good starting point for a new bill.

Now, onto immigration. There was a sob story about an “unauthorized immigrant” illegal alien named Jeovanni Islas who is afraid to go to work. The AJC was even nice enough to print a picture of him. Hey ICE, here’s someone you can pickup and ship back to Mexico. He’s worried about what will happen to his children if he’s sent to Mexico since his common law wife is also an illegal and has been picked up and awaiting deportation. Boo freaking hoo. Here’s a solution. Take your children with you. Problem solved.

The article goes on to say that 911 calls have gone down in areas composed of illegals for fear of deportation. And this is a problem how? Now, let’s station ICE agents in emergency rooms and watch usage by illegals go down. Yeah, I’m an heartless SOB.

What’s funny for the AJC is that they actually interviewed a legal immigrant from Venezuela, Nancy Gallegos, who supports Trump. She came from Venezuela and spent 14 years working to become a naturalized citizen. In other words, she did it the right way. She stood in line. She didn’t butt in line like the illegals did.

Immigrants are scared. One illegal said the following:

“Ever since my sister was detained, her children have suffered a lot,”She said. “They cry and ask about her. I hope that the government can provide her with an opportunity to be with her children again.”

Sure. The gummint can provide the kids transportation to Mexico to be with their mother.

Then, of course, there was the requisite anti-Trump article (more than one, actually). There was an article about Trump having to fire US Attorney Preet Bharara as if this was actually newsworthy. It’s funny that when Dimocrats like BJ Clinton and Obungler fired all of the US Attorneys, which both did it’s a ho hum story, but when Bush 43 fired 8 (8!) when he took office it was the end of the Republic. I remember Dan S. going bonkers about that when Bush did it. I pointed out that BJ fired all 93 of them and it didn’t assuage him. In BJ’s case some of those 93 were prolly investigating him and Thunder Rodent Thighs so he had to fire a few of them. Obungler fired all of them when he took office. It’s no big deal, unless the president is a Republican.

So, you might ask, why do I continue to subscribe to the AJC? I like reading newspapers, and I mean real newspapers and not off a computer screen. I know the AJC is fake news. Their publisher wrote a column saying the AJC would never print fake news. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! They print articles from the New York Slimes (Motto: All the news that’s fit to fake) and the AP. You can’t get any more fake than that. I’m able to filter out the BS and it is nice to see what the enemy is thinking. And the enemy projects. As Rush Limbaugh once said, “If you want to see what the Dimocrats are doing, listen to what they accuse the Republicans of doing.” I also like to read the sports page and the comics. The AJC used to have two really good columnists but Lewis Grizzard and Celestine Sibley have both passed away.

Students at Valley High School in Des Moines, Iowa, issued an apology after they became aware that their red, white and blue apparel might have offended a rival school.

Here we go again. Someone is offended. Patriotic apparel offended students at another school. I wonder why?

Valley High School students opted to wear USA-themed attire instead of their school colors, black and orange, to a basketball game against North High School on March 8, according to WHO.

However, their patriotic clothing was misconstrued by some as “offensive” because many of the rival school’s players hailed from refugee families.

Refugee families. They come to this country and are offended by the symbols of this country? They are offended by the symbols of the country that took them in and provided relief to them? Then WTF are they doing here? If the American flag and red white and blue apparel offends them, they do not belong here. They need to catch a flight back to the shitholestans they came from. They’re black so they are prolly Moslems from Africa.

“Any normal person, any educated person can look at that and think, ‘What the hell are these kids thinking?'” said Morgan Wheat, an assistant coach at North High School.

“Kids are kids, I get it, but I do have questions. I want to know why.”

I want to know why your kids are offended by patriotic symbols Morgan? What are your kids thinking that patriotic stuff offends them? Are they ashamed of being in this country? Then they are welcome to leave. This is the United States of America and most of us, except Dimocrats, are proud of this country. Obviously these refugees are not so they need to pack up and go back to where they came from. And you are an asshole for defending these offended students. You should be telling them they should be proud of the country that took them in and be ashamed of themselves for being offended by symbols of it.

It has been brought to our attention that the decision by the Valley High School student section to wear U.S.A. apparel at our game last night was offensive to members of your community and fan base. We are deeply sorry if we have offended anyone in any way. We have traditionally dressed in such a fashion for great games such as the one last night. Everyone here at Valley has immense respect not only for your team and players but for your community as a whole. Please know that our intent was in no way to offend or demean—just to support our own team in a way we have done before.

Congratulations on a wonderful season and we wish you nothing but the best of luck in the future.

WTF are the students at Valley High apologizing for? Prolly because their rat bastard commie teachers told them to. They have nothing to apologize for. Obviously, the refugee students are ashamed of being in America. Time for them to leave. Fuck them!

North High School basketball coach Chad Ryan spoke out on the allegations, saying he doesn’t think it’s fair to assume Valley students meant any malice towards his team with their chosen attire.

Of course they didn’t. As they said, they do this for all big games. The problem was with the refugees who were offended by symbols of the country that was nice enough to take them in. So how do they show their gratitude? By being offended by symbols of their new home. Ungrateful bastards! This is what we get by importing Third World low IQ refugees.

“I don’t want to judge those young people not knowing their motives,” Ryan told the Des Moines Register. “What I will say is we’re proud of our diversity at North High School — not only on our basketball team, but our population.”

Yeah Diversity (All Hail Diversity!). Foreigners who don’t want to assimilate. They escaped from shitholestans but want to bring the policies that turned their countries into shitholestans with them. Ungrateful assholes! All of them! And the assistant coach who defended them should be all over them and tell them they are in the USA and if the American flag defends them, they are in the wrong country.

This shit pisses me off. Immigrants offended by the American flag. This is like the illegal Mexicans who come here because their country is a Third World shithole but wave the Mexican flag. Hey Pedro! Take that flag and ram it up your Mexican ass. You like Mexico so much? Guess what? Trump is gonna send you back there and you can wave the Mexican flag as much as you want.
