Politico has exposed the chaos within the Democratic Congressional Committee (DCCC) over the lack of diversity within the leadership ranks. Many members from the Congressional Black Caucus and Congressional Hispanic Caucus have expressed frustration with Chairwoman Cheri Bustos.
Now the DCCC, the primary fundraising arm for Democrats in Congress, has lost six of its tops aides.
The situation within the DCCC escalated so much that Busto returned to Washington, DC, this week during the six-week recess.
Yep! Must have Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) at all costs. That means all of you evil white people have got to go.
Politico reported late Monday night:
On Monday morning, Allison Jaslow, DCCC executive director and a close ally of Rep. Cheri Bustos (D-Ill.) — chair of the committee — resigned during a tense meeting at the party’s Capitol Hill headquarters. And in the next 10 hours, much of the senior staff was out: Jared Smith, the communications director and another Bustos ally; Melissa Miller, a top DCCC communications aide; Molly Ritner, political director; Nick Pancrazio, deputy executive director; and Van Ornelas, the DCCC’s director of diversity.
Jacqui Newman, the chief operating officer for the campaign arm, will serve as interim executive director and facilitate the search for a permanent replacement, Bustos said in a statement late Monday.
“Today has been a sobering day filled with tough conversations that too often we avoid,” Bustos said. “But I can say confidently that we are taking the first steps toward putting the DCCC back on path to protect and expand our majority, with a staff that truly reflects the diversity of our Democratic caucus and our party.”
So all of you white Dimocrats do you get it? You got all of these Africans and Latinos hating white people and guess what? You’re not exempt. They hate you too. You are losing control. Speaker Blinky is discovering that in the House and now you’re discovering that in the DCCC.
The DCCC held an emotional meeting on Friday. People who attended the meeting told Politico that “Jaslow cried as she assumed blame for the lack of diversity in the DCCC.”
Boo freakin’ hoo! What I like is that this is gonna put a bunch of incompetent Africans in charge, unless, of course, they are beat out by the Hispanics. They’re smarter than the Africans. But white people need not apply.
I, for one, am glad to see white Dimocrats getting bit in the ass by Diversity (All Hail Diversity!).
I donno what the ethnic makeup of the DCCC is, but it sounds to me as if none of its upper-echelon noisemakers have the slightest idea of the racial makeup of the country.
Blacks are barely more than 12% while Hispanics (including Latinos) make up roughly 18%. Asians (including east, west, and southern ones) are about 7%, and whites are right at 61.5%.
To properly represent the African element of society in our government, we should have no more than 15% tops if ethnic diversity is the goal.

BTW, the NBA is right at 75% black and under 24% white.
The NFL is more than 69% black and under 30% white.
So where’s the equity there? Could it be that those organizations hire people based on performance rather than melanin levels.”
I betcha you go out on the street and pick a thousand average citizens at random and ask ’em what percentage of the US population is black, most will come back with something very close to 50% (based on what they see on TV).
What matters is the racial makeup of the party. If you took away blacks, the Dimocrats wouldn’t have a chance of holding on to the House or Senate or winning the White House.

season. (actually two) The Demo☭rat party is made
up of a coalition of fractious constituencies (AKA
victim groups.) I came to the conclusion that the loss of 5-10 percent of their constituency groups would spell doom for their party. My second prediction was that the beginning of the end would be when private-sector union members bailed.
Donald Trump took 40 percent of the union vote in
2016. Felonia von Pantsuit’s Blue Wall came
tumbling down like the walls of Jerico because the
people in the once rich Rust Belt states wanted their
jobs back. The Demo☭rat party attempted to serve
two masters; the union voters and the tree hugger
lobby, which destroyed millions of blue-collar jobs!
What we are now seeing is the Demo☭rat party in
a death spiral, due in large part to their swallowing
their own extremist bullshit.
Orange Man knows this and he is playing them like a
two-dollar fiddle! A Baltimore TV station put out
a snap poll, and 72 percent of of the people in the
city agree with Trump. He is going to take more
50 percent of the Hispanic vote, 25-30+ percent of
the Black vote, a plurality if not the majority of the
women’s vote and the majority of the union.
2020 will be an extinction event for the Democrat
party if they do not back away from their extremist
agenda!

I don’t doubt they can fill all the spots with people who can do the job well. But can that Party count on white people to continue to support them as years roll on? Just ran them out of their jobs because they were white, don’t think that will play well in the long run.
