Several Democrat Senators issued a stunning warning to the Supreme Court this week — “heal” or face drastic restructuring.
By “heal” they mean not supporting the Constitution.
The Supreme Court currently has a conservative majority of 5-4 so the Democrats are doing everything they can to change the court to shift the power in their favor.
The demand came in an amicus brief filed in court on Monday by Senators Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Mazie Hirono (D-HI), Richard Durbin (D-Il), and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) regarding New York’s current gun laws.
The brief blasted the Supreme Court as partisan toward conservative causes related to “voting rights, partisan gerrymandering, dark money, union power” and civil rights issues.
Or in other words supporting the Constitution.
The Democrats’ lust for power is similar to what we saw with Stalin and Mao and they will do anything to shift power in their favor by “court-packing” by increasing the number of justices on the Supreme Court.
“The Supreme Court is not well. And the people know it,” the brief said. “Perhaps the Court can heal itself before the public demands it be ‘restructured in order to reduce the influence of politics.’”
Be very afraid when we get the next Dimocrat president with the next Dimocrat Senate. They will pack the court with partisan liberal judges. It will be the end of the Republic as we know it. These five senators are power hungry assholes.
If they ever get a 2/3 majority again in the Senate expect them to start impeaching Supreme Court judges and Federal judges and then remove them via conviction in the Senate and then install their own “friendly” judges that will rule in the “correct” manner. Their first will be Kavanaugh.
The so called Conservative justices all proclaim to adhere strictly to the Constitution, per job description PERIOD. (Roberts is unpredictable)
The hardcore radical Liberal dames all blatantly flaunt their decisions will side with the Liberal agenda and not the Constitution per the oath they pretend swore to.

Man, was I wrong! For some reason, I thought the number of Supreme
Court justices were fixed by the Constitution. I was thinking that any
attempt to stack the court would have to involve a constitutional convention.
The only thing that stands between the people and a one-party state is
the Supreme Court itself. The only thing saving us from becoming North
Korea is the individual justices themselves. That slim possibility that
some justices might balk at ceding power by expansion is all we really
have in the way of protection from tyranny.

Donald Trump was an unknown factor but preventing the communist
lesbian in the Mao Jacket from replacing Justice Scalia was the primary
reason I voted for Trump. Now imagine Felonia seating the replacement
for Justice Kennedy. If that doesn’t scare the shit out of you, consider
that Roberts is as about as reliable as using a tea bag for a condom!
By now, she would have 11, 13, or 15 justices on the Supreme Court
(all loyal to her and the Democrat party.) Did we dodge a bullet
