Felt like writin this mornin, and since it’s Sunday, took inspiration from 2 Kings 17 as a sorta forecast of what might happen in the next genelec (it’s a first draft, unedited and unproofed, so gimme some slack):

At the end of the eighth year of Dubya, PotUS of Murka, began Dingle of Barry, son of Fake and born of Flake, to rule in the Land of Rednecks in Flyover Country for eight years.

And he did that which was ignorant in the sight of The Donald, and not as the PotUSes of Murka from generations past.

Against him rose up Fox’n’Friends, denier of Fake News; and Geraldo became The Donald’s servant, and spoke his virtues.

For the Barry of hypocrisy did find guilt in Dubya for failing to give reparations to the people of the land of Ebola, they who in his eyes had single-handedly built Murka from the wilderness.

Then did the Dingle of Barry go all throughout the land and to other realms to accuse and besiege the White Devils for many years.

In the eighth year of DingleBarry did the palefolk then revolt and retake Murka, turning it away from the players of the race card and heralds of hypocrisy to install The Donald in the City by the Swamp.

For so it was that the children of welfare had stolen from their father, who had brought them up out of the land of Personal Accountability, from under the burden of 9-to-5, and into subsidized housing and food-stamp freebies.

And then did burst in The Donald to sweep out the stalls and drain the cisterns where had grown the hateful purveyors of guilt and parasites of plenty,

For the children of Soundbyte Al and Hymietown Jesse had said untruths that made them claim rights which they had earned not:

And then did rise up the Waters, and the MadCow, and the Stelter, and even the Shepherd to reject the Donald and drive him from the land so as to return to the safety of White Guilt where they could feed upon the bodies of the rich.

So as throughout human history it has always been, the ogres of Greed, Envy, Lust, Anger, and Sloth did then rule the great cities;

And as certain as the wind from the desert did come the sands to blind the eyes and hide the paths and bury the works of Whitey, whose fault it all was from the Beginning.

Sobeit they did not hearken to the truth of the PotUSes of old as reawakened by The Donald but chose for themselves a ruler from the family of the iWon;

And then served they their shallow leaders who promised free everything for everybody for ever and worshiped they their twerkers and enablers and whiners: as did their fathers, and so do they still, in the darkness of their caverns in the rubble of their once-proud cities.
