First concert I ever attended was Uriah Heep and KISS, Jan. 1977. My ears were still ringing the next day at school. I just saw an article about how all the rock greats are passing away. So true; the end of an era. Fortunately, my kids appreciate the good stuff from the ’60s and ’70s. That was a great time to be a guitar player.
Green Bay Arena, across from Lambeau Field, Jan. or Feb. 1977, I believe. KISS’s Rock and Roll Over tour. They had to close the place for two months after that show to repair the damage to the roof from KISS’s pyrotechnics.

I also saw Uriah Heep and Kiss together around that time. I saw them at Cobo Hall in Detroit. Where did you see them?
Alas! I never saw them live.

I surely don’t remember this song – but then, it was the 70’s.
Uriah Heep is still making music, not the same lineup, but somewhat the same spirit. Good stuff, in the vein of Wishbone Ash or Nazareth.
I like Uriah Heep a great deal. Thank-you so much Denny.
