The correct term for the police attendance at those events was not just compelled….it was they were ordered to attend in full dress uniforms . with threats of disciplinary action if not following orders.
So much for Comrade Jacob`s saying that the reason for telling Police not to wear their uniforms was to assure no political connection could be assumed.
The sad if not criminal reality of the ordered prohibition to wear official police gear was it included riot gear & helmets which put the police in danger of bodily harm.

I unfortunately live in Murderapolis suburbs in the summer, or what they refer to as summer. From what I hear mayor Frey is not only an asshole generally, but that his own asshole likely looks like the Eisenhower Tunnel from overuse. Of course being kweer is a requirement for mayor and city council in that toilet.
