According to reports, Republican senators are passing the time during the impeachment trial with fidget spinners.
CNN’s Alex Rodgers reported Thursday that “Some senators have fidget spinners at their desks.”
“Within the first 20 minutes of Rep. Jerry Nadler’s remarks, Sen. Richard Burr removed his papers from his desk and spun a blue fidget spinner,” he reported. “Sen. Tom Cotton has a purple one on his desk and Sen. Pat Toomey has a white one.”
Republican North Carolina Sen. Richard Burr was apparently the source of the fidget spinners, and he also provided other “gizmos” to GOP senators, RollCall reports.
Jerrold the Hutt did his cause no favors by insulting senators and had to be admonished by John Roberts.

Meanwhile Trump’s approval rating went up three points this week.

Someone on talk radio made an interesting observation. With all this
disproven BS being shoveled by Jerry Waddler and Adam Schiffilus,
not one Republican Senator has issued a single objection. While some
might see this as a sign of another Ides of March scenario, I think that
the Republican’s are going to drop a MOAB on the D卐M☭CRATS when
it’s their turn at bat!
Between the Waddler and Schitt for Brains, the D卐M☭CRATS have managed
to alienate the two Gyno/RINO Republican’s necessary for them to get the
rule changes to call their 4th hand non-witness witnesses. Smooth move
Ex-Lax! When even Mittens is starting to sound like a Republican, the

And to make matters worse, Schitt for Brains actually made the case for
calling the Michael Corleone of the Biden Crime Family, Hunter Biden.
I have been trying to figure out the Demo☭rat’s end game. They are
either total incompetent morons or they are trying to lose the case by
dismissal so as to give the Donks a campaign issue. This will piss off
their lunatic fringe and drive up Trump’s poll numbers!
Why don’t Klobuchar, Warren, Sanders and that other guy recuse themselves? It’s a conflict of interest. They are trying to remove their main political opponent which is what they are claiming the whole thing is about in the first place.
While I’m glad that President Trump’s approval rating has gone up, I think it’s due more to his speaking at the Pro-Life rally than anything the donks have done.
Now . . . I will not listen to ANY politician speechify, and I pay no attention to punditry until it’s been distilled to its elements and put in proper perspective by voices I trust, such as Britt Hume or Michelle Malkin or about half a dozen others, some of ’em on my local TV channels.
Have never watched Tucker Carlson, ever, but see snippets from his discussions from time to time. I’d already made up my mind about Schiff long ago, but this Carlson remark I read this mornin sums it all up better’n I can:
“Trump got the nomination and then won. But Washington still has not recovered from the shock and rather than learn from the result, they double down. They blame the defeat on Russian Facebook ads that nobody saw. And in response to those ads that nobody saw, they’re demanding that America risk war with the world’s largest nuclear power. If this guy’s public statements reflect what he actually believes, he is dangerous to the country for real.”
I don’t know if the dims are capable of this deep thinking, but perhaps their end game is to piss off the Republicans who will then vote no witnesses. Then the dims will campaign for the next few elections screaming impeached and coverup.
This is third-grade logic, not on your part but the part of
the leftist Democrats. The Donks are either so blinded by
hatred (or fear) of President Trump, they think they are
holding a Royal Flush when all they have is a pair of deuces
(meaning two piles of steaming shit) or they know they are
holding two piles of steaming shit and their aim is to use impeachment as a bludgeon in their 2020 campaign ads.
There is no third option. When Trump campaigned on draining the swamp, the Donks went into panic mode
and they pulled out their long knives. Unless they are all
suffering from terminal stage TDS, there can only be four
possible outcomes;
The Democrats withdraw the articles of impeachment.
The president is acquitted in the Senate.
The Senate majority votes to dismiss the articles.
The Chief Justice issues a summary dismissal on the
grounds that not one of Trump’s alleged crimes constitute
an impeachable offense.
These screaming brats think that any scenario that does not go their way will allow them to stamp their feet and
cry rigged trial, collusion, conspiracy, etc. While this
shit-show is going on, President Trump’s approval ratings
have not budged an inch despite the historically Democrat
oversampled polls.
He will win in an electoral tsunami and all of the red districts that flipped blue in 2018 (and then some) will
render Granny McBotox the House Minority leader!
