Two Republican senators now say Trump should resign and a third says the president should be “very careful” in his remaining days in office as the House prepares to impeach Trump in the wake fo the deadly riots at the Capitol.
“Deadly riots”? This protest didn’t rise to the level of the countless BLM and Antifa “peaceful protests” that our cities had to endure this summer. What a bunch of hypocritical bullshit.
Hank “Guam is gonna tip over” Johnson said he feared for his life. Yannow, many of our congresscritters should fear for their lives with the way they have fucked over this country. And they should be tried for treason for the four year attempted coup against the duly elected president of the United States.
Spying on the presidential campaign made Watergate look like an old ladies’ picnic, but they got away with it because they are Dimocrats and they own the media.
There are not enough lampposts in DC to hang all of the seditious members of the Deep State. They had to steal this election because Trump was gonna go after them and the tech companies in his second term.
But now let’s talk about the Quislings in the GOP.
Pennsylvania Sen. Pat Toomey on Sunday joined Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski in calling for Trump to “re4sign and go away as soon as possible” after a violent mob of his supporters broke into the Capitol on Wednesday.
Roy Blunt of Missouri was the senator who warned Trump to be “very careful”.
This is why we lose. We elect these spineless Quislings like Mittens Romneycare, Murkowski, Toomey, Blunt, and many others.
Do you ever see Dimocrats do this? They circle the wagons and protect each other. We create circular firing squads and shoot each other.
Yannow I once wrote that we would become a socialist dictatorship in thirty years. I was wrong. It will happen within the next ten years. The spineless members of the Republican Party ain’t gonna stop it. The mob will intimidate the members of the Supreme Court so they won’t stop it. And even if they try, the Dimocrats in the Senate will pack the court. The Constitution is dead.

What I’d REALLY like to see is for DonJohn to lift the veil on documents which would at once and forever clearly demonstrate just how corrupt, evil, and downright chickenshit the CIA, FBI, NSA, and DNC really are.
Then, on his last day in office, declassify and promulgate everything the gummint has on China, Russia, Venezuela, and especially UFOs.
All of those documents have most likely “gone missing” already.
And even if the documents hadn’t gone missing, who would cover the story other than the New York Post?
If Pelosi wants a peaceful transition then why is she doing something as provocative as impeachment? Peaceful to her means complete surrender of her opponent. Peaceful means that her opponent stops fighting.
I saw a press story this morning that said “five people were killed” during the Washington riots. Excuse me? Riots, plural? I watched the news feeds, and in my mind it would be a stretch to call that gathering a riot, but riots? How did I miss the other ones?
But let’s talk about this “five killed.” My understanding is that three passed away from “medical episodes.” Did I miss where some vile and nefarious evil-doer has invented a “medical episode” weapon too? (North Koreans threaten U.S. with long range medical episode rocket.) Sadly, one Capital officer died of injuries received while doing his job and trying to save those cowardly Congress critters from a fate they’ve surely earned. He did his job and paid a terrible price.
And finally, there is Ashli Babbit, who died when someone fired shots through a door, apparently not knowing or caring what was down range. Citizens were on one side of the door, Congress cowards were on the other. Who fired the deadly round that cut Ashli Babbit down? Was it a law officer? Or was it one or those timid souls who make our laws, then break our laws at their convenience?
Who fired?
The wonder children at the FBI are busy tracking evil people across the length and width of the U.S. of A. so they can arrest folks for taking selfies in Pelosi’s office or wander around the Capital wearing animal skins, but they haven’t been able to figure out who fired the shot from the politician side of the door.
Who fired the fatal round that killed Ashli Babbit? Makes you wonder, doesn’t it.
There are not two theological political parties in the United States. There is one party and it worships money and power. Dems and Repubs are two sides of the same coin. President Trump was hated because he is a populist and not a member of their theology. He pursues money and power, he does not worship it.
Heard that Trump has evoked the Insurrection act and the Executive order of 2018 as of Saturday, with thousands already headed to Guantanamo.

Notice that the Dems are always on message, and always ready to govern by implementing the policies of that message (like government funded health care, repeal of 2d amendment, etc). The GOP on the other hand never seems to talk from a consistent *party* message, and when elected prefer to debate rather than implement. After 40 years now I have had it with the GOP.
These pols “warning” Trump had best watch out. They are picking a side in what may prove to be a really dirty little civil war. And their types aren’t likely to last very long.

Except for expressing how relieved I was whenTrump defeated Clinton, I haven’t talked about USA politics for a long time.
Please, allow me to repeat today what I said years ago. I still haven’t recovered about the way the Republicans treated President Nixon who was condemned and pushed out of office by the GOP for having defended his own people. I remember those days so well. The British diplomats of that time (my husband was at the Houston Consulate) never understood how the Republicans could let Nixon go without a protest. He was the most brilliant President in Foreign Affairs that the USA ever had. Things were very shaky at that time, and his savoir faire was greatly needed. His after private life proved how much he helped in that area.
Alas, the Republicans migth realise much too late how much they might need President Trump to settle problems in your own country. He could be the only person who would have the courage to do it. So sad if the door is definitely closed by the GOP.

I agree with Claudia that President Nixon was the best foreign-policy president the USA ever had. His beginning of ties to China put great pressure on the Soviets, and helped begin the Soviet’s 1991 downfall.

Don’t know with accuracy if it’s true that the left now controls 95% of the country but it seems viable in terms of education, culture, mainstream media, Hollyweird and now the levers of government. The 95 percent came outa Victor Davis Hanson’s lips who I consider a great intellect though that might not mean much coming from yours truly…What I now find so stupid is how conservative talking heads disavow any kind of protest that lead to riots and violence as the left bullies everyone to fall in line or they are cancelled, beat-up, threatened with death or lose their jobs. Did I miss something about the greatest generation? Did they back down? Did they cower in fear and fall in line in order not to offend the enemy or, for Pete’s sake, couldn’t stomach the idea of anyone getting hurt as the third Reich, Hirohito and Mussolini murdered whole generations of civilians?
