Dr. Camille Paglia, who is a lesbian because she always wanted to be a man instead of a woman, said that the men who are rock heavy metal fans are the real men who will rise up to save the country. She does not believe in transgenderism.
The one 45 rpm record that I have from the 70’s is Convoy by C. W. McCall. That song was arranged by Chip Davis, now of Mannheim Steamroller. Today’s M. S. musicians played with C. W. McCall back in the day.
And Jay Ferguson, who left Spirit to form Jo Jo Gunne now writes the music for NCIS Los Angeles. I saw them live. I got their first album. Love the slide guitar on Run, Run, Run.
I still have the 45 of that tune that I bought back when it was released…..
Thanks, Denny. What a perfect memory to have.

One of my favorites. Good for driving down the hiway at full volume. My only complaint is that it is too short. Solved that by playing it three times.
Many of these guys later became Jo Jo Gunne had a small hit with run, run, run.
