In order to ensure Americans understand how to access the benefits available to them when many provisions of the Affordable Care Act go online October 1, the Obama administration announced last month that it is setting up a call center that will be accessible to Americans 24 hours a day.
One branch of that call center will be located in California’s Contra Costa County, where, reportedly, 7,000 people applied for the 204 jobs. According to the Contra Costa Times, however, “about half the jobs are part-time, with no health benefits — a stinging disappointment to workers and local politicians who believed the positions would be full-time.” The county supervisor, Karen Mitchoff, called the hiring process “a comedy of errors” and said she “never dreamed [the jobs] would be part-time.”
Even the gummint thinks Obummercare sucks. Didja hear that IRS employees, yannow the people who will be enforcing Obummercare, don’t want to be covered by it?
So, if Obummercare is so wonderful, why won’t Congress and the president be covered by it? Why do congressional staffers not want to be covered by it? Why do most gummint employees not want to be covered by it? Why do most unions, who were very vocal in their support now don’t want to be covered for it? You guys supported it and you guys voted for it. Irony sucks doesn’t it? Why did Oboner just give businesses a one year delay of the business mandate? Could it be because Obummercare is a job killer and a bad piece of legislation?
When it comes to politicians, look at their actions. Don’t listen to their rhetoric. The St. Trayvon circus was a diversion to get dem black folks all riled up and to the polls to get Jug Hussein Ears Downgrade reelected. It worked. It took their minds off of how bad it’s been for them with a brutha in the White House. Just wait. We haven’t heard the last of St. Trayvon of Skittles. He will be resurrected in time for the 2014 midterm elections. Gotta rile up dem stupid black folks who will believe anything as long as fake racism is involved.
Even the Senate is in jeopardy. Not to worry rat bastard commies. The Stupid Parety will find a way to blow it just as they blew a winnable election by letting Tod Akin run for the Senate in Missouri. Just about anyone could have defeated the odious Claire McCaskill, but the Stupid Party was able to find someone who could snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. I’m sure we’ll see more of it in 2014. It’s like they want to lose elections.
Meanwhile, Obummercare continues to destroy full time jobs as anyone who is smarter than a third grade pissant could have predicted. That pretty much leaves out most Dimocrats.

You just know that this is going to be a jobs program “disadvantaged” folks, read Illiterate non-english speakers. Can you imagine getting insurance advice from some high school dropout. My god! I had a license to sell Health & life Insurance for several years and I can’t make heads or tails of this monstrosity. Call centers usually work off a script: if this-then that. The people at most call centers know nothing about the product or service that you have called them about. This is why you ver rarely get any satisfaction from them. If you ask a question for which they have no script, they try to circle talk you unTill you give up.
In my state it requires a license to solicit, or sell health insurance. Call takers can not sign you up, they may explain things but they may not sign you up.
This thing will be less than worthless. What ever you do, do not give these people your name or SSN . You can bet that they have not been vetted. No one who needs affirmative action to get the job will ever be vetted. That’s rayciss an shit.
