George Zimmerman will get his gun back now that he has been cleared of murder and his lawyer said today that Zimmerman needs the weapon “even more” than before.
I hope that he gets a shotgun and an “assault” weapon as well. What with all of the gangbangers and the New Black Panther Party threatening to kill him he’s gonna need all the weapons he can get his hands on.

Go for a Bushmaster AR, a Mossberg 590 and to top off the defense weapons a .45 cal. Springfield Armory XD-S backed up with an M-79 40mm grenade launcher.

Bushmaster I’d stay away from, much better quality ARs out there. Agree with the Mossberg. I’d say get something a little better than that Kahr 9mm.

TxNurse – The difference here is that Casey didn’t have the full force of the Black Grievance Industry, aided and abetted by Obungler and Holder, after her. The longer they can keep this in the news, the better chance they have in the 2014 elections by getting pissed off blacks to the polls. It worked in 2012 and they’re hoping they can make it work in 2012. I hope Zimmerman gets a lot of money from NBC. He’ll need it to pay for his security.
Details aside, this event will probably persuade a great many people that it is only prudent to obtain a weapon for personal self defense.

Self defense weapons …..
Forget the Ar-15`s, Ak-47`s, SKS`s…anything which is too large to handle in a hallway . in your car…any confined area. These weapons are fun to shoot & I have them all but unless you are under an assault by a armed company of dirtbags coming up your street ….they are not going to help you much.
This leaves a handgun …….. unless you are a certified marksman forget the smaller popguns like a 22, 25, 32 or 380, have one of these as a back up pistol maybe but as a primary defense ” no”.
Most people particulary women cannot handle handcannons….big dudes like me can but for concealment are a problem.
I suggest a midrange caliber from 38 to 10 mm ….Yes, I know there are 45`s on a smaller frame but still these are too much for most people .
I have a very nice S&W 5906 9mm with lazer sights but its lack of one shot stopping power is a concern ….for me what I found which is reasonable in price, ammo very cheap & has the stopping power, it is hard to beat the 7.62 X 25 . I have several in this caliber , the one I like the best is any variation of the Russian TT Tokarev which is a descendent of a colt. I have a original Russian on e made in the late 1930`s which I shoot a lot but you can buy a brand new Zastava”Serbian”model for $230.00 to $280.00. It is not a pretty or cute weapon , it iswell built,rugged & powerful.
This is a brand new semi auto pistol with two “9” round clips & surplus military ammo for practice is still cheap….I think this is a fine choice.
In any event whatever you choose ….know the law, know how to handle your gun & practice,practice, practice.
