Your version was OJ getting away with murdering two people, which was OK because they were both white. Our version is Zimmerman protecting himself from a wannabe thug who was laying “whoop ass” (Rachel Jeantel’s words as she was explaining it to that effete British snob, Piers Morgan) on him and him shooting St. Trayvon in self defense.

I’m working through some pain issues. Slept about an hour last night and then two hours this morning. Even the methadone, percocet, and lortab didn’t work. So, I’m gonna take today off from posting and let Ron weigh in.

What they left out is his grandmother was black. He mentored black children and he took a black girl to his prom, but never let the truth get in the way of the narrative. These peoploe are shameless. I hope he gets millions from NBC for editing the 911 tapes. He’ll need the money for security. Like Paula Deen, he was an Obama supporter and he is a Dimocrat. The left loves to eat their own. The roll of those whose sudden disappearance would vastly improve our culture is far too long to list here, totaling as it does in the millions. On it, however, one would surely find the name of Trayvon Leroy Martin.

To those ignorant savages raining their frustration over what they see as flawed justice upon innocent people simply because they are white, I say they should be careful praying for justice, because they just might get some.

And the race war might not be between blacks and whites, but between blacks and Hispanics. We’re seeing a prelude to that in LA.

Violence for the sake of revenge often does little more than multiply and magnify the behavior which precipitated the perceived original injustice; the “Reverends” Al and Jesse might consider that in the Martin/Zimmerman aftermath.

Wise men for centuries have taught us the wisdom that revenge at first thought would be sweet and satisfying but in reality turns out to be bitter and toxic. As Shakespeare has Antony tell us in Julius Caesar,

The peaceful protests riots are starting. Here is a short list of the peaceful protests violence. Drudge has more. Every single one of these acts of violence can be laid at the feet of Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, and Jug Hussein Ears Downgrade. Obungler was supposed to bring us together. Instead he has been complicit in tearing this nation apart. Post racial president? Bullshit! He is just another RWPP in a nice suit. As crazy Uncle Joe said of him. He is “clean” and “articulate”. Of course, he does require his trusty TelePrompTer to be articulate. Without it he is a SCoaMF.

Let’s take a little time off from the Trayvon Martin circus for a little schadenfreude. Don’t those Germans have some really neat words? Here’s a letter from James Hoffa, the head of the Teamsters Union.

Dear Leader Reid and Leader Pelosi:

When you and the President sought our support for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), you pledged that if we liked the health plans we have now, we could keep them. Sadly, that promise is under threat. Right now, unless you and the Obama Administration enact an equitable fix, the ACA will shatter not only our hard-earned health benefits, but destroy the foundation of the 40 hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class.

James. James. James. Don’t you realize that Reid and Pelosi are rat bastard commies and you can always tell when they’re lying? Were their lips movng? If so, they were lying.

Like millions of other Americans, our members are front-line workers in the American economy. We have been strong supporters of the notion that all Americans should have access to quality, affordable health care. We have also been strong supporters of you. In campaign after campaign we have put boots on the ground, gone door-to-door to get out the vote, run phone banks and raised money to secure this vision.

This is what happens when you throw your entire support behind one party. They take you for granted. Look what the Dimocrats have done to blacks. They’ve kept them poor, uneducated, and stuck on the Dimocrat plantation. Vote for us and we’ll give you food stamps, welfare, and Section 8 housing. Good schools? Forget it. School vouchers so you can get your children out of the failing inner city gummint schools? Not if the teachers unions have anything to say about it. Meanwhile teachers send their kids to private schools.

Now this vision has come back to haunt us.

Since the ACA was enacted, we have been bringing our deep concerns to the Administration, seeking reasonable regulatory interpretations to the statute that would help prevent the destruction of non-profit health plans. As you both know first-hand, our persuasive arguments have been disregarded and met with a stone wall by the White House and the pertinent agencies. This is especially stinging because other stakeholders have repeatedly received successful interpretations for their respective grievances. Most disconcerting of course is last week’s huge accommodation for the employer community—extending the statutorily mandated “December 31, 2013” deadline for the employer mandate and penalties.

Time is running out: Congress wrote this law; we voted for you. We have a problem; you need to fix it. The unintended consequences of the ACA are severe. Perverse incentives are already creating nightmare scenarios:

Mitt Romney and the Republicans told you this would happen. Did you listen? No. You slavishly supported Jug Hussein Ears Downgrade and the Dimocrats and this is your reward. If you lay down with dogs, don’t complain when you get fleas.

First, the law creates an incentive for employers to keep employees’ work hours below 30 hours a week. Numerous employers have begun to cut workers’ hours to avoid this obligation, and many of them are doing so openly. The impact is two-fold: fewer hours means less pay while also losing our current health benefits.

Boo-freaking-hoo! You voted for it.

Second, millions of Americans are covered by non-profit health insurance plans like the ones in which most of our members participate. These non-profit plans are governed jointly by unions and companies under the Taft-Hartley Act. Our health plans have been built over decades by working men and women. Under the ACA as interpreted by the Administration, our employees will treated differently and not be eligible for subsidies afforded other citizens. As such, many employees will be relegated to second-class status and shut out of the help the law offers to for-profit insurance plans.

Boo-freaking-hoo! You voted for it.

And finally, even though non-profit plans like ours won’t receive the same subsidies as for-profit plans, they’ll be taxed to pay for those subsidies. Taken together, these restrictions will make non-profit plans like ours unsustainable, and will undermine the health-care market of viable alternatives to the big health insurance companies.

We told you this would happen. How does it feel to be knifed in the back by the people you helped elect?

On behalf of the millions of working men and women we represent and the families they support, we can no longer stand silent in the face of elements of the Affordable Care Act that will destroy the very health and wellbeing of our members along with millions of other hardworking Americans.

We believe that there are common-sense corrections that can be made within the existing statute that will allow our members to continue to keep their current health plans and benefits just as you and the President pledged. Unless changes are made, however, that promise is hollow.

We continue to stand behind real health care reform, but the law as it stands will hurt millions of Americans including the members of our respective unions.

We are looking to you to make sure these changes are made.

George Zimmerman will get his gun back now that he has been cleared of murder and his lawyer said today that Zimmerman needs the weapon “even more” than before.

I hope that he gets a shotgun and an “assault” weapon as well. What with all of the gangbangers and the New Black Panther Party threatening to kill him he’s gonna need all the weapons he can get his hands on.

In the 513 days between Trayvon Martin dying and the Zimmerman trial verdict 11,106 blacks have been murdered by other blacks. That’s what the Black Grievance Industry should be worried about, not some wannabe cop shooting a wannabe thug in self defense. Beyonce held a moment of silence during her concert after Zimmerman was found not guilty. She should really hold a moment of silence for all of the blacks who die at the hands of other blacks. So we hear the libs and the RWPPs going on about how Trayvon Martin was this poor little angelic 17 year old boy, and to support this contention they show a picture of him taken when he was fourteen years old. It’s easy to see why many uninformed voters fall for this. The facts are a lot different. (Thanks to Lyle for the link) Facts, after all, are stubborn things. That’s why the prosecution couldn’t get a conviction. The facts were against them. Their case was based in emotion. Here are some facts about this poor little “boy”. As an aside, if one were to have called Trayvon Martin “boy” to his face he would have proceeded to try to kick the crap out of that person.

The February 2012 shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martion might never have happened if school officials in Miami-Dade County had not instituted an unofficial policy of treating crimes as school disciplinary infractions. Revelations that emerged from an internal affairs investigation explain why Martin was not arrested when caught at school with stolen jewelry in October 2011 or with marijuana in February 2012. Instead, the teenager was suspended from school, the last time just days before he was shot dead by George Zimmerman.

Suspended from school? Twice? Caught with pot and stolen jewelry? I thought he was just an innocent little choirboy. And, since he lived in Dade County what was he doing in Sanford?

Trayvon Martin was not from Sanford, the town north of Orlando where he was shot in 2012 and where a jury acquitted Zimmerman of murder charges Saturday. Martin was from Miami Gardens, more than 200 miles away, and had come to Sanford to stay with his father’s girlfriend Brandy Green at her home in the townhouse community where Zimmerman was in charge of the neighborhood watch. Trayvon was staying with Green after he had been suspended for the second time in six months from Krop High School in Miami-Dade County, where both his father, Tracy Martin, and mother, Sybrina Fulton, lived.

Two suspensions in six months. Hardly the history of an innocent young boy minding his own business.

Both of Trayvon’s suspensions during his junior year at Krop High involved crimes that could have led to his prosecution as a juvenile offender. However, Chief Charles Hurley of the Miami-Dade School Police Department (MDSPD) in 2010 had implemented a policy that reduced the number of criiminal reports, manipulating statistics to create the appearance of a reduction in crime within the school system. Less than two weeks before Martin’s death, the school system commended Chief Hurley for “decreasing school-related juvenile delinquency by an impressive 60 percent for the last six months of 2011.” What was actually happening was that crimes were not being reported as crimes, but instead treated as disciplinary infractions.

Had they been treated as crimes, the “innocent” little “boy” would have prolly been in Juvenile detention and would be alive today. Yeah. I’m blaming the victim.

In October 2011, after a video surveillance camera caught Martin writing graffiti on a door, MDSPD Office Darryl Dunn searched Martin’s backpack, looking for the marker he had used. Officer Dunn found 12 pieces of women’s jewelry and a man’s watch, along with a flathead screwdriver the officer described as a “burglary tool.” The jewelry and watch, which Martin claimed he had gotten from a friend he refused to name, matched a description of items stolen during the October 2011 burglary of a house on 204th Terrace, about a half-mile from the school. However, because of Chief Hurley’s policy “to lower the arrest rates,” as one MDSPD sergeant said in an internal investigation, the stolen jewerly was instead listed as “found property” and was never reported to Miami-Dade Police who were investigating the burglary. Similarly, in February 2012 when an MDSPD officer caught Martin with a small plastic bag containing marijuana residue, as well as a marijuana pipe, this was not treated as a crime, and instead Martin was suspended from school.

George Zimmerman may have been a wannabe cop but it looks like Trayvon Martin was a wannabe burglar.

Either of those incidents could have put Trayvon Martin into the custody of the juvenile justice system. However, because of Chief Hurley’s attempt to reduce the school crime statistics — according to sworn testimony, officers were “basically told to lie and falsify” reports — Martin was never arrested. And if he had been arrested, he might never have been in Sanford the night of his fatal encounter with Zimmerman.

Exactly. Good point.

In fact, the reason Zimmerman was patrolling the townhouse community the night of the February 2012 shooting was that there had been a rash of burglaries in the neighborhood, although there was no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any of those crimes.

With his recent history, it would not have been surprising if he had been casing the neighborhood.

As for Chief Hurley’s policy, it was the controversy over Martin’s death that accidentally exposed it. In March 2012, the Miami Herald reported on Martin’s troubled history of disciplinary incidents at Krop High. Chief Hurley then launched the internal affairs investigation in an attempt to find out who had provided information to the reporter. During the course of that investigation, MDSPD officers and supervisors described Chief Hurley’s policy of not reporting crimes by students. Chief Hurley was subsequently accused of sexually harassing two female subordinates. He resigned in February, about a year after Trayvon Martin’s death.

Yannow, have you noticed that in cases like Trayvon Martin, the Black Grievance Industry kicks into overdrive and the libs follow suit?

Tawana Brawlwy was instantly believed until, after a little investigating, her story fell apart. Of course, Al Sharpton still maintains that her original story was true. He was sued for defamation of character by Steve Pagones who won a judgement against him. His friends paid the settlement for him. Al Sharpton has never been held accountable for his actions and he has been responsible for more deaths than George Zimmerman. Google Freddie’s Fashion Mart. The LSM really didn’t cover this trial. The only reason I knew about it was I happened to be in Poughkeepsie at the time going to an IBM school.

In the Duke Lacrosse case, the stripper was believed, and Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson immediately jumped into the fray and the libs believed her over the “rich, privileged white kids”. Jesse Jackson was gonna pay for her college. The coach was fired. The prosecutor, who was later dismissed because of judicial misconduct, jumped the gun and prosecuted. Turns out that just like Tawana Brawley, she lied.

And let’s not forget “civil rights icon” John Lewis who claimed he was called “nigger” thirteen times while walking through a Tea Party protest, and the LSM naturally believed him. Blacks never lie. Breitbart offered $50K to anyone who could produce evidence of this. None of the videos taken of that event corroborated Lewis’ accusations. Al Sharpton told Bill O’Reilly that he had seen the tape. As usual, Sharpton was lying. None was ever produced.

Too bad Jamie Foxx and Beyonce don’t know the truth about Trayvon Martin, who was a thug in training. It doesn’t matter. This was a time that a “white Hispanic” (a new racial classification made up by the LSM) had killed a black “boy” and in cases like this, to the Black Grievance Industry and liberals, the white dude is always at fault. Hence the lynching in the LSM.

I hope Zimmerman gets a pile from NBC for their editing of the 911 tape that makes him look like a racist. There was a racist that night but it wasn’t the “creepy ass cracka” George Zimmerman. It was the thug in training Trayvon Martin.
