WASHINGTON — In an initiative aimed at rooting out future leakers and other security violators, President Barack Obama has ordered federal employees to report suspicious actions of their colleagues based on behavioral profiling techniques that are not scientifically proven to work, according to experts and government documents.

Doesn’t matter. Any person with a rational brain, which pretty much eliminates most of the Dimocrat Party and its supporters, knew that Obummercare was destined to fail, but the Dimocrats rammed it through anyway. Ready, fire, aim! And I thought “profiling” was bad. We can’t use it at the airports to detect the people most likely to try and hijack airplanes, young Middle Eastern males. Instead we need to pat down grannies and babies so we don’t hurt the feelings of Mooslimes. Racial profiling is bad even though blacks are more likely to commit crimes than whites.

The techniques are a key pillar of the Insider Threat Program, an unprecedented government-wide crackdown under which millions of federal bureaucrats and contractors must watch out for “high-risk persons or behaviors” among co-workers. Those who fail to report them could face penalties, including criminal charges.

Lemme get this straight. If you don’t report suspicious behavior, whatever that may be, you can face penalties? That’s a good way to foster teamwork.

It’s funny. Over the last few weeks, when I first log on, I don’t have the slightest idea of what to write about or, I might be too lazy to write about sumpin’. When that happens, I can go to Ron. DENVER (CBS4)- The taxes on recreational marijuana might go a lot higher than first thought. Smokers buying at shops in Denver may pay up to 35 percent in taxes.

Of course taxes will be higher than first thought. That’s what gummints do best, especially Dimocrat gummints.

Colorado voters will be asked to approve two state taxes totaling 25 percent on all retail marijuana sales in the November election. They may be asked to approve an additional city tax for Denver.

Denver is run by Dimocrats, right?

Denver Mayor Michael Hancock wants to add an additional five to 10 percent city tax on top of that.

Of course he does.

Hancock said the money is needed to pay the costs of regulating the drug.

Of course it is.

Critics complain severe taxes would destroy a new industry already approved by voters.

To many folks, that is not a bug, but a feature.

The Denver City Council has until August to decide if the tax question will go on the November ballot.

ENGLEWOOD — A South Side hospital is asking residents to donate blood as a summer spike in city gun violence has created higher demand in emergency rooms.

St. Bernard Hospital is hosting a blood drive on July 19 that calls on Chicagoans to help save a life.

Is it racist for me to point out that the South Side of Chicago is mostly black?

“Chicago experiences increased violence in the summer. While always needed, during summer months blood donation is vital,” said hospital spokesman Derek Michaels.

So it’s warm weather that causes violence. That must mean that global warming causes black people to shoot each other.

Over the holiday weekend, at least 11 people were killed and 62 were wounded in violence around the city. Most of the shootings occurred on the South and West sides. The bloodshed continued into Monday, when three people, including a 15-year-old boy, were shot dead.

Celebrate the 4th of July! Shoot someone! Let me just point out here that Chicago has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the nation.

While police tout a decrease in shootings and murders overall, the increased violence still creates a shortfall in emergency rooms.

That brings to mind the coke snorting Marion Barry (“The bitch set me up!”) who once said that if you didn’t count the murders, Washington DC had a low crime rate.

“The chronic violence in many of our neighborhoods creates a higher demand for blood supplies,” Michaels said. “It is imperative that we get more people to give blood. [Blood donation] could save the life of a family member or neighbor.”

Maybe if the gummint of Dimocrat run Chicago did sumpin’ about the high crime rate you wouldn’t have the blood shortage. Didja ever notice that when the black population of a city increases, the crime rate goes up? Yep! I’m a racist for pointing this out.

Blacks killing blacks in Chicago is OK, but let a white Hispanic (new racial classification) who is 1/4 black kill a black teenaged thug in self defense and it’s the crime of the century. Disgusting!

Out of all blood donors in the Chicago area, less than 5 percent are blacks and Latinos, officials said.

So the people responsible for most of the murders are the people least likely to donate blood. It’s “creepy ass crackas” who, not only have to pay all the taxes to support these dysfunctional savages, they also have to supply all the blood to save their lives.

Maybe they should offer some extra food stamps to blood donors.

A drunken man was electrocuted and killed relieving himself on the third rail in Brooklyn this morning, sources said.

Men just love aiming their pee. (One of my friends told me said she put Cheerios in the toilet for her boys to aim at when she was potty training them.) Matthew Zeno, 30, was walking with a friend along the tracks for the southbound G train around 3:10 a.m., at Union Avenue and Broadway in Williamsburg when the horrific accident occurred, cops said.

His 26-year-old pal tried saving him and was also shocked, police added. The friend was able to flag down MTA workers, who in turn called for help, sources said.

Both men were rushed to Woodhull Hospital where Zeno died and the second man was listed in stable condition.

And speaking of Chicago, Toejam sent me an article about gun violence involving more Oboner supporters. He never sends me the link to these articles and today I’m too lazy to look it up but here are some excerpts from the article he sent me.

Chicago reached a tragic milestone this past holiday weekend, surpassing 200 homicides for the year, with 74 people shot between Wednesday afternoon and Sunday night.

Two of the victims were young boys, aged 5 and 7, according to the Chicago Police Department. Chicago Tribune data shows they were among the 12 people killed by gun violence over the four-day period.

Keep in mind that Chicago, which has been run by Dimocrats since Christ was a corporal, has some of the strictest gun laws in the country.

Chicago has recently suffered from spikes in gun violence originating from hundreds of gang factions established in block-by-block territories on the South and West sides of the city. According to police data, 40 percent of the gun violence over the weekend took place in just two neighborhoods in those areas – Austin to the west, and Garfield Park to the south.

I’ll be willing to bet that those areas are predominantly black or Hispanic, but the media is obsessed with someone who is 1/4 black shooting a teenaged thug in Florida. Black on black crime does not fit the narrative.

The increase in gun violence since last year, when fatalities surpassed 500 deaths, prompted the police department to incorporate new strategies for targeting specific individuals, or locations, in an effort to prevent violence before it takes place. Police officials have also endorsed using social media to track “hot” activity among gang members, plus have cracked down on corner liquor or grocery marts, which they say have become conduits for crime.

Kinda sounds a bit like profiling donthca think? And never let a good crisis go to waste.

Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn (Democrat, moron Asshole … Toejam) used the weekend shootings to underscore the need for a statewide assault weapons ban. He also explained to reporters why he altered a concealed carry firearms bill so that it limited the number of weapons a person can carry to one and banned carrying guns at restaurants, bars, and other establishments with liquor licenses. Illinois lawmakers are expected to override Governor Quinn’s changes. Illinois is the last state in the nation to have a ban on carrying concealed firearms.

The weekend shootings “ought to be an alarm bell to all of us that we need strong laws that protect the public safety, especially when it comes to guns. It’s time to end the violence,” Quinn told reporters Sunday.

As I said, Chicago already has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country so the solution the brain dead Dimocrats come up with are even more restrictive gun laws. Maybe they should look at the people committing all of these homicides rather than focusing on the guns. A better idea would be building a wall around the neighborhoods where this happens. We cage animals in a zoo. Do the same with the human animals. Oh, I’m such a raaaaaaa-cist for pointing out who commits most of the homicides. Yannow, since it’s blacks killing blacks you would think that the black “leaders” might want to try to stop this. You would be wrong. It’s much easier to blame everything on us “creepy ass crackas”.
