When 97% of scientists warn us about about climate change, but big oil, agriculture, chemical companies, etc. say they’re wrong … who should we believe? Hint: follow the money.
Holy crap! Where to start?
97% of scientists? Where did that number come from? It reminds me of this Larry the Cable Guy quote. “84% of statistics are made up on the spot.”
What kind of scientists are they? Are they all climate scientists?
Are you aware that temperatures have remained pretty constant over the last fourteen years? In other words, no warming. Here in Atlanta we’re experiencing the coolest summer since I moved her in 1985.
Are you aware of the leaked emails from global warming snake oil salesmen where they said that they had to “hide the decline” in global temperatures?
Are you aware that NOAA has once again had to lower its prediction on the number of named storms this season? Remember global warming climate change was supposed to increase the number of named storms. Instead, for the last few years NOAA has had to lower their predictions of the number of named storms.
Follow the money. You got that right. People like Michael Mann have to continue this phoney scam so they can continue getting gummint research grants.
The people promoting this silly climate change cow manure have made a lot of money off of it, including Pope Albert I.
Also, the green energy companies are getting a lot of gummint money. Unfortunately, just like Solyndra, it’s money down the drain. Europe is backing away from green energy because it’s destroying their economies.
Tell the truth. You watched Pope Albert I’s of the Church of AGW movie An Inconvenient Truth and believed every word of it. Sucker!
Update: Time to call warmists deniers.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration recently released its “State of the Climate in 2012” report, which states that “worldwide, 2012 was among the 10 warmest years on record.”
But the report “fails to mention [2012] was one of the coolest of the decade, and thus confirms the cooling trend,” according to an analysis by climate blogger Pierre Gosselin.
“To no one’s surprise, the report gives the reader the impression that warming is galloping ahead out of control,” writes Gosselin. “But their data shows just the opposite.”

NOAA also reported that the “average lower strastospheric temperature, about six to ten miles above the Earth’s surface, for 2012 was record or near-record cold, depending on the dataset” even while the concentrations of greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide, continued to increase.

“Hide the decline” is all you need to know. Evidently the left thinks the Earth has never experienced cooling and warming cycles, and that it has always been static. The Ice Age must be a myth (and I’m old enough to remember when the lefties were scaring us with “the next ice age is coming” 20-25 years ago) along with the world being round. Global warming became a cottage industry that made a whole bunch of people rich off of the back of taxpayers.
I agree with the vent, “follow the money”. Follow the Federal (read taxpayer) grant money paid to academics and scientists who support the Climate Change con.

The first time I heard Al Gore say there was a “scientific consensus” I knew that it was a fraud without any further research. There is no such thing as a scientific consensus. In science it either is or it isn’t or we don’t know.
