So true! Not relevant, but informational comment to follow: In today’s WSJ (10/19, Sat), the book “Provence, 1970” is reviewed, about food, one of the mentioned cooks describes local French bureaucrats as “rat bastards.”. Thought is was funny considering the use here and posted. Enjoy TN.
