Eric Holder’s “People” Going Wild

So, didja hear what happened in Louisiana with the EBT glitch?

MANSFIELD, LA (KSLA) – Shelves in Walmart stores in Springhill and Mansfield, LA were reportedly cleared Saturday night, when the stores allowed purchases on EBT cards even though they were not showing limits.

The chaos that followed ultimately required intervention from local police, and left behind numerous carts filled to overflowing, apparently abandoned when the glitch-spurred shopping frenzy ended.

Springhill Police Chief Will Lynd confirms they were called in to help the employees at Walmart because there were so many people clearing off the shelves. He says Walmart was so packed, “It was worse than any black Friday” that he’s ever seen.

What an appropriate choice of words: “black Friday”.

Lynd explained the cards weren’t showing limits and they called corporate Walmart, whose spokesman said to let the people use the cards anyway. From 7 to 9 p.m., people were loading up their carts, but when the cards began showing limits again around 9, one woman was detained because she rang up a bill of $700.00 and only had .49 on her card. She was held by police until corporate Walmart said they wouldn’t press charges if she left the food.

Lynd says at 9 p.m., when the cards came back online and it was announced over the loud speaker, people just left their carts full of food in the aisles and left.

The free stuff be gone.

Is it racist of me to point out that most of the people in this video are black?

That Walmart store looks like it was hit by a swarm of locusts.

  1. “Is it racist of me to point out that most of the people in this video are black? ”

    Nope. Truth hurts sometimes.

Gotta’ call a spade a spade.

Like how I worked that pun in there?

  2. I thought Walmart was the Anti-Christ! Don’t they suck? Why would they let people keep using their “steal my earnings” cards if they knew the freeloaders would go on a looting spree (and looting is exactly what it is, when civilization breaks down). It seems like Walmart was quite generous and charitable.

  3. We have had a mini explosion of Walmart construction in our area ….no less then 6 super stores in the immediate area.Erie is a small market so it was kind of a surprise when two stores were upgraded to the supersize variety making a total of 5….they constructed a sixth in what at best could be called a blighted section of the inner city.
Welcome to “Ghetto-Mart” which is open 24/7 & busier then an African bee hive with a temper to match . It sits in a shopping area with a long history of failure & anchored by a Mc Donald`s Burger joint also busy as hell.
Even among Walmart insiders it is a mystery why it was built & why it remains open. Yes it is very busy & a lot of merchandise goes out the door……problem is much is not paid for as Ghetto-Mart has a higher rate of shop lifting then the other 5 Walmart`s combined.
Apparently the practice of sacrificing one cow upstream to the Piranhas in order to get the rest of the herd safely across the river down stream in the Amazon basin has been adopted as operational practice by the Walmart leadership here.
It has a huge parking lot & provides viewing entertainment galore in the summer time when the land whales waddle thru the parking lot to & from their vehicles. It is really hilarious when one of them gets ahold of one of the powered shopping scooters & rumbles down the tarmac on a shopping safari with their butt cheeks wrapped around the scooter seat for support .
Is this a failure ? Not by Erie standards , after all we have had a 50 year run of democratic control in this city& the welfare vote is a key element to that control.
    Like Denny says….we are doomed!
