Jackson police arrested a teenager in the fatal shooting of bass angler Jimmy Johnson.

Shaun Brown, 17, is charged with capital murder. Police say he has confessed to the crime.

WAPT reports that police executed a search warrant Wednesday morning at a home on Delmar Street. Officers were seen carrying a red hooded sweatshirt from the house that was similar to one worn by a suspect in a surveillance photo released earlier this week. Officers also searched a wooded area for the gun they believe was used in the crime.

Two suspects arrested in murder of husband, father

Terrell Johnson, 17, was arrested around 11 p.m. Monday. He faces two charges: first degree murder in perpetration of aggravated robbery, as well as aggravated robbery.

Two other teenagers, Derek Cunningham, 15, and Corey Sandifer, 16, are also in custody facing the same charges.

According to Memphis police, J.P. Shelley was robbed and then shot while working on a house on the 4700 block of Scottsdale Avenue on October 4,2013. He later died at The MED from his injuries.

A Kennesaw State College student was shot and killed by a black woman.

Hundreds of friends gathered at Kennesaw State University for a vigil in honor of 21-year-old Kim Kilgore, who was killed early Friday morning.

“I was in the passenger seat and she was looking right at me when it happened. I was the last sight she saw before her life was taken, and I couldn’t stop it,” said Shannon Stone, who is Kilgore’s best friend.

Sparkles Lashayla Lindsey, 22, was taken into custody late Friday night in connection to Kilgore’s death.

The Tea Party led to another House takeover only to have Senate RINOs like McRINO, stab them in the back and spit on the base of the party. It’s always Republicans who “reach across the aisle”, never Dimocrats.

15 children by three different fathers! Holy crap! And not a single one is still with her.

When her “fiancé,” who had already fathered ten of those children got sent to jail, she says things began to fall apart. She and twelve of her children are now living in a single hotel room, without shoes, without food, and without clean clothes.

Boo freaking hoo! And, of course, she doesn’t have a job. All she knows is getting preggers and expecting other people to pay for her irresponsibility in having 15 children that she cannot afford to raise.

Adams blames social services for failing to help her. Social service agencies, however, claim that they were trying to help, and paid for rent, utilities, and even furniture. In addition, Adams admits, community members have been helping with food.

What about the other fathers? Shouldn’t they help this baby momma?

“Somebody,” Adams says, “needs to pay for all my children . . . somebody needs to be held accountable, and they need to pay.” And there’s your underclass snapshot: It’s somebody else’s problem.

Exactly! I’ve said this many times. I could end a large majority of poverty in this country in two generations. How? Simple. When a woman applies for welfare, she gets sterilized. A tour group to Yellowstone Park was in the midst of their tour when the government shutdown occurred. Apparently, there was some nastiness. They were sent to the Old Faithful Inn at Yellowstone, and, as near as I can tell, illegally imprisoned.

How’s that hopey changey stuff working out for ya?

The seniors quickly filed back onboard and the bus went to the Old Faithful Inn, the park’s premier lodge located adjacent to the park’s most famous site, Old Faithful geyser. That was as close as they could get to the famous site — barricades were erected around Old Faithful, and the seniors were locked inside the hotel, where armed rangers stayed at the door.

“They looked like Hulk Hogans, armed. They told us you can’t go outside,” she said. “Some of the Asians who were on the tour said, ‘Oh my God, are we under arrest?’ They felt like they were criminals.”

This is the kind of stuff you see in Third World banana republics.

Well, they certainly seem to have been treated like criminals. They were lawfully present in the Park when the Park Service closed it, they were rounded up and sent to a park facility where they were required to remain indoors under armed guard, for two days. I’m no lawyer, but I’m pretty sure that constitutes a case of false imprisonment, to wit, the “illegal confinement of one individual against his or her will by another individual in such a manner as to violate the confined individual’s right to be free from restraint of movement.” If so, since the Park Rangers were acting in their official capacity, this should also constitute the crime of violating civil rights under the color of authority. I suspect that if I had been in that group, I would be in jail right now for openly defying the Park Rangers.

If these people don’t launch a massive lawsuit against the government, then they’re fools.

Frankly, I’m beginning to suspect the Second Amendment has some other purpose than protecting our right to hunt.

The Second Amendment was never about the right to hunt. It was put in there so “we the people” could overthrow an oppressive gummint. I’m beginning to think I might have to get an AR-15 to supplement my shotgun so I’ll be better prepared for the collapse if it occurs in my lifetime. MANSFIELD, LA (KSLA) – Shelves in Walmart stores in Springhill and Mansfield, LA were reportedly cleared Saturday night, when the stores allowed purchases on EBT cards even though they were not showing limits.

The chaos that followed ultimately required intervention from local police, and left behind numerous carts filled to overflowing, apparently abandoned when the glitch-spurred shopping frenzy ended.

Springhill Police Chief Will Lynd confirms they were called in to help the employees at Walmart because there were so many people clearing off the shelves. He says Walmart was so packed, “It was worse than any black Friday” that he’s ever seen.

What an appropriate choice of words: “black Friday”.

Lynd explained the cards weren’t showing limits and they called corporate Walmart, whose spokesman said to let the people use the cards anyway. From 7 to 9 p.m., people were loading up their carts, but when the cards began showing limits again around 9, one woman was detained because she rang up a bill of $700.00 and only had .49 on her card. She was held by police until corporate Walmart said they wouldn’t press charges if she left the food.

Lynd says at 9 p.m., when the cards came back online and it was announced over the loud speaker, people just left their carts full of food in the aisles and left.

The free stuff be gone.
