1. Treatments for Children Suffering From Cancer – The GOP have agreed to a compromise by funding part of the government, including the National Institutes of Health, which offers children with cancer last-chance experimental treatment. Obama has threatened to veto this funding.
2. The World War II Memorial – The WWII memorial on the DC Mall is a 24/7 open-air memorial that is not regularly staffed. Although the White House must have known that WWII veterans in their eighties and nineties had already booked flights to visit this memorial, the White House still found the resources to spitefully barricade the attraction.
The Republican National Committee has offered to cover any costs required to keep the memorial open. The White House refused. Moreover, like the NIH, the GOP will pass a compromise bill that would fund America’s national parks. Obama has threatened to veto that bill.
3. Furloughed Military Chaplains Not Allowed to Work for Free – Furloughed military chaplains willing to celebrate Mass and baptisms for free have been told they will be punished for doing so.
4. Business Stops In Florida Keys – Although the GOP have agreed to compromise in the ongoing budget stalemate and fund the parks, Obama has threatened to veto that funding. As a result, small businesses, hunters, and commercial fisherman can’t practice their trade. While the feds have deemed the personnel necessary to keep this area open “non-essential,” the “enforcement officers” to ensure no business is done are “essential.”
5. Obama Blacks Out Sports, Entertainment Programming to Overseas Troops – The American Forces Network (AFN) that provides American sports and entertainment programming to our troops stationed abroad, has been shut down. For some reason, though, AFN News will still broadcast news, just not any of the popular and fun stuff.
Camp David is essential, but popular programming for heroes overseas is non-essential.
6. Obama Closes D-Day Memorial – The GOP have offered to compromise and fund the National Parks. Obama has said he will veto this compromise legislation. As a result, along with 24 other military cemeteries, the D-Day memorial in Normandy has been barricaded.

But republicans are still to blame. We need to just go ahead and fund Obozo care with the requiremnt that NO ONE gets an exception. Not congress, nor the pResident, not unions, big business, or any one else who campaigned for it. Make it the law of the land for every one. Lets see if he is willing to toss his bigdonors under the bus, or will he veto that? Doesn’t matter, what ever goes wrong will still be the republicans fault.

Every time there is a shortfall here in LA, the first things the city government shuts down are schools, parks, fire departments, and police stations. The idea is to shut down the services people want most from the government in order to get more money for things people don’t want, like corporate subsidies and tax breaks for big donors.

If now is not the prime time for immediate (if not sooner) impeachment of this despotic ass-wipe, when the hell is? The Ayatollah tyrant Obama, has done so goddamn many thing to warrant impeachment, all violations of his oath of office. Why has this not been done? Answer: The Republicans in the House, “led” by Speaker Boner, are all to goddam wimpy. Plus, the Senate, “led” by The Ayatolla’s primary toady, Scary Harry Reid, he of the opinion that cancer-ridden children should not be treated, would not convict at all, at all.
In today’s dissertation by Rich Galen, he wrote that elections have consequences. He is SO right on here. The last election damn sure did have consequences, most if not all, extremely negative.
Impeachment would be futile. The Senate would never convict him and the Dimocrats would play the race card and say the only reason they are going after this asswipe is because he’s black. I predicted that before he was even nominated back in 2008 that any opposition to him or to his policies would be deemed racist. I was right. Look how often the race card has already been played by him, Holder, the CBC (remember John Lewis claiming he was called nigger 13 times at a Tea Party rally?), and the rest of the Dimocrat Party. The Republicans didn’t go negative in 2008 and 2012 because they would be labeled as racist for going after the first black president. Reagan was Teflon because he was good. Obutthead is Teflon because he is black.
As I’ve said many times, Obeavis demonstrates on a national scale what happens when affirmative action meets the Peter Principle. I saw this a lot at IBM but it was only on a local scale. Usually as high as incompetent blacks could get at IBM was second line manager. That way, the damage was minimal and diversity (All Hail Diversity!) requirements were satisfied.
I know you are right, Denny, that the Senate would never convict him, because he is black and because the Senate Dumbocrats all follow in lock-step with everything The Ayatolla Obozo says, does, thinks, blather about. The Senate is “led” by a Yassuh Massa fuck-knuckle and his adoring and sycophantic Yassuh Massa Dumbocrat fuck-knuckles are all but prostrating themselves and kissing the feet of The Ayatollah and Dirty Harry Reid. But they are definitely kissing the asses of The Ayatolla and Dirty Harry.
