The NY Times call it an “incorrect promise”. They had to use a new, made up term to cover for this lying piece of shit. A search shows that no one has ever used that term in print. Just exactly what the hell is an incorrect promise? Is an incorrect promise something you say when you know you are lying through your teeth? Or is it told to save your job. Either is a damn lie. The LSM had no problem calling Geo. W. Bush a liar for months at a time.
