But this takes the cake.

David Eckert, a resident of Deming, NM, was pulled over by police officers after failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. For whatever reason, the officers decided Eckert was hiding something, or perhaps they were unsatisfied that a routine stop hadn’t blown up into something bigger.

They asked him to step out of the car and then searched his vehicle (without his consent). Another officer brought in a drug dog which reacted (a relatively worthless indication of anything — drug dogs can easily be “alerted” by their controlling officers) to the driver’s seat. (Eckert’s lawyer calls into question this dog’s training, presenting documents that claim to show it hadn’t received the proper field training and recertification. See exhibits listed under docket item 27.) Then the officer “observed” that Eckert was standing “erect with his legs together” and his “buttocks clenched.” This was all the justification the Deming police needed to subject Eckert to the following horrific chain of events at a hospital in neighboring Silver City.

You’re not gonna believe this.

1. Eckert’s abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.
2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
4. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
5. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
6. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.
8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert’s anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.

At no time did Eckert give his consent to these searches. The police did obtain a warrant to rectally search Eckert but that warrant itself was problematic. For one, it was severely lacking in probable cause. For another, it was valid only for Luna County but the searches were executed in Grant County. Third, the warrant was only valid for four hours, up until 10 pm that night. Eckert was held for 14 hours and, according to medical records, prep for the colonoscopy didn’t even commence until 1 am the following day.

Welcome to the police state. This is disgusting! I hope this guy sues the crap out of everyone involved and gets a lot of money. They all get to keep their AOTW Award.

A group of people on their way into a funeral service in New Jersey beat up a driver for honking his car’s horn in front of the church in an incident a passerby captured on video this week.

Mourners, some in suits and others in memorial T-shirts, swarmed the car Tuesday after the driver began sounding the horn in front of La Iglesia De Dios Church in Mount Holly, according to the video, which the witness — who didn’t want to be identified — provided to NBC Philadelphia.

In the video, one man can be seen slamming the car door and another can be seen beating the driver through the open window. A group of men pulled him away, and the driver took off.

He was long gone by the time police arrived.

The witness said police ushered everyone into the church for the funeral.

No mention of race, but it’s pretty obvious when you see the video.

Name That Race has become Name That Party. This is why door locks click when people see a group of black men.

Dear Obungler, this is why blacks are profiled as potential shoplifters when they enter a store. Now, they’re making it a group activity.

CHICAGO (CBS) — Unbelievable surveillance video captured flash mobs dashing into store after store and running out with armloads and sometimes entire racks of sporting goods.

It has happened at three different Sports Authority stores in the Chicago area.

This past Monday in Burbank at just before 1 p.m., five individuals entered a Sports Authority and soon after they were off. Video shows them running out the door with rack after rack of apparel and an employee giving chase.

On Saturday at a Sports Authority on Clark Street, a half dozen entered and stole several racks with lighting fast speed.

Were these Chinese flash mobs?

The store chain sounded the siren, saying, “At Sports Authority, the comfort and safety of our employees and customers always remain our top priority.”

It’s like a next-generation flash mob. Originally, flash mob referred to a group of people doing a performance to draw attention to something in a positive way. The term gave way to a more sinister motive.

“next generation flash mob” Were these people Caucasian who have turned the flash mob into a smash and grab?

“They used to just be fun. They used to just be positive and now, I don’t know, it seems to have turned into something negative,” said one shopper.

No one was hurt in the three incidents, though it’s clear the mob stops for no one.

A close look at the robbery on Clark Street shows an employee who tries to intercede gets trampled.

The third incident occurred at the Frankfort location.

There have been no arrests so far and Sports Authority is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.

Funny. Nowhere in this news story is the race of the perps mentioned, although a close look at the video surveillance shows that these were all black flash mobs.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Court documents released Monday outlined a Tuesday home invasion on the north side. It paints a picture of a nightmarish home invasion, repeated rape, gunshots and robbery.

It was early morning on Oct. 29 when, according to police, six suspects entered the family’s home.

Detectives said during the investigation it was discovered there was no forced entry but alluded to unsecured back doors that had structural issues.

The suspects started in the parent’s bedroom, yelling to give them money. That woke up the daughter and began a long, gruesome period of crime.

Eventually suspects drove the mother to an ATM to get money, and while in the car she was sexually assaulted. The mother was also shot twice — once in the upper leg, and once in her foot while trying to escape.

Meanwhile, in the home, the daughter was being repeatedly raped by multiple suspects.

When the mother returned, the daughter was then forced to go to an ATM with another suspect. While in the car, the daughter told detectives the suspect “talked to her about previously attending North Central.” The daughter told detectives the suspect “resembled someone she knew.”

Throughout the whole ordeal, the father remained in bed. Police say he has a medical condition that makes moving difficult.

The suspects eventually left with all three of the family’s vehicles, cash and belongings.

Fingerprints led police to the three suspects: Alexander Dupree, Trae Spells and a person of interest, Michael Pugh.

According to court documents, Dupree “implicated himself as being involved in the incident” and told police he felt he was, “going to jail for a long time.”

At least two of the suspects — Spells and Dupree — may also be connected to another home invasion on Spring Mill Road. Police say they found items from that home during a search

Spells made an appearance in court on Monday.

Hmmmmm. What is missing from this story? Could it be the race of these animals? To be fair, the video does show that they are young black males and each one looks like the son Obumbler would have had if he had had one.

Too bad there was no George Zimmerman around to protect this family.
