How did I miss this? The most incompetent president in history calls the guy who’s is gonna take over his spot in history as the most incompetent president, incompetent.
He’s done the best he could under the circumstances. His major accomplishment was Obamacare, and the implementation of it now is questionable at best.
So saith Jimmah Carter.
What exactly are the impressive achievements of President Obama? The revival of the American economy? Surging job growth? The success of the stimulus package and the number of “shovel ready jobs”? Moving us toward energy independence? Reducing the debt? Reducing poverty and the number of Americans on food stamps? His oversight of agencies like the IRS? The Fast and Furious program? Ending America’s political divisions and unifying his countrymen? Perhaps his skillful handling before, during, and after the terrorist assault on the American diplomatic outpost in Benghazi? His successes in Syria? Egypt? Iraq? Iran? Peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis? And don’t forget his signature domestic achievement, the Affordable Care Act, which may rank among the worst major government programs in modern American history, a failure in both conception and implementation.
Obungler has done the impossible. He has actually made Jimmah Carter look competent by comparison. No one died when the American embassy in Iran was overrun, sumpin’ that cannot be said about Benghazi. As Insty sez, “At this point the Carter presidency is the best case scenario.” And look. The Iranians laughed at us during the Carter years just like they’re laughing at us now. The French (the French?) actually saved us from the Iranians taking Flipper and Obumbler to the cleaners just like North Korea took Madeleine Not-so-bright and BJ to the cleaners over its nuclear program.
So it may be that Jimmy Carter has a right to sit in judgment of Barack Obama. Which is among the worst things that could be said about America’s 44th president.
I’ve been saying since 2008 that Oblunder will not go down in history as the black Jimmah Carter but Jimmah will go down in history as the white Obeauzeau. At least now Jimmah will no longer be the worst president in history. Reagan saved us from Jimmah’s failures. Who is gonna save us from Obutthead’s failures? Christy Creme? Yeah. Let’s elect another Dimocrat after eight years of Obeavis.
Well, he has now lost both mr. peanut and slick willie and there are STILL low info voters that think he is mr. wonderful. Ya just can’t make stuff like this up.
I said 5 years ago Obama had made Jimmy Carter very happy because he was no longer the worst President this country has ever had. I would like to say this is Obama`s legacy but……..No, it is the legacy of the American Electorate for electing this total failure not once but twice to what was once the most powerful & influential leadership position in the world.
Today the world believes Vladimir Putin holds that position ….even Time magazine acknowledges that accomplishment. Many world personages have played Obama as a fool , that alone does not establish Putin to be the most powerful & influential . It is just that Putin puts a decisive emphasis to the humiliation of Obama & by virtue of his resurrection of Russian military power appears to command the forces needed to back up his demands.
Nikita Khrushchev correctly said America would fall from within & we laughed ….sadly today it is obvious Khrushchev was correct & it is Vladimir Putin who is laughing with a chorus of chuckles from the third world while the rest of the world wonders what the f–k happened.
China is rising, our allies are reassessing where their future lies, fundamental Islam is spreading like wild fire & a major war in the Middle East is no longer just a threat …..it appears inevitable.
Here in the United States Obama is still regarded as being competent by about 50% of the American people who also believe Hillary Clinton to be his heir apparent. America has lost its spirit & its belief in what America has always been ….the greatest Nation to have ever existed. Instead entitlement is the current belief, we stand ready to accept a Socialist form of government & the loss of most of our personal freedom.
The sad thing is our children & grandchildren will suffer the consequences of a collective failed generation who allowed America to fail.
Not all agree with the foolish among us, many stand ready to defend what we believe our rights to be, but I do not think we can influence enough of the American people to cause a renaissance for the America dream to occur.
