As far as I see the Democratic Party’s alleged Black base, it is a rather stagnant stepping stone, anymore. The Republican Party has not had Principle nor Conservative values since the anomaly that was the Reagan Presidency. No, Reagan was not without flaws as there are numerous examples one can cite but, in my lifetime, all the other presidents would have to stand on their mother’s shoulders to be able kiss Ronnie’s ass. And, based upon Christopher Buckley endorsing and voting for Obama, that for me, removes any doubt about what a flaming asshole Bill Buckley, Jr. truly was. I agree with you. For years I have been referring to black Dimocrat politicians like “civil rights icon” John “I was called nigger 13 times at the Tea Party protest” Lewis as useful idiots. They have bought into the idea that the way you solve poverty is by giving poor people money. If that worked, there would no longer be any black poverty in this country. But, as long as the Dimocrats keep giving poor blacks money, poor blacks will continue to vote for Dimocrats (and have as many kids as they can) who keep them poor, uneducated, and dependent on the gummint. Look who’s fared the worst under the brutha in the White House. Blacks fared better under Reagan and both Bushes.
