Aw, Denny, I don’t believe it for one minute. That truck is from back in the day when we still made real vehicles here in America. Looks like it’s early- to mid-Sixties, and with all the visible rust, there’s still more more metal in that ol’ sucker than you’re likely to find in any three new trucks, I bet. I fully expect ObuttCare ambulances to be Simca pickup trucks without even a camper shell over the back and solar panels to run a sewing machine sized motor. If they had to de-fib your heart on the way to the Free Clinic, it’d probably short out the whole vehicle.
