That’s because the Dimocrats want to keep you that way. Poor voters are so much easier to manipulate. Poor black voters are even easier to manipulate, especially since most of their “leaders” are either useful idiots like many black congresscritters or have made a nice living out of the Black Grievance Industry like the righteous revs, Sharpton and Jackson. If things improve, they’re out of their “jobs” as RWPPs.

“Vote for us. We’ll give you money, housing, and food. Of course, you’ll still be poor. We’ve just make poverty more palatable.”

You don’t solve poverty by giving poor people money. You solve poverty by growing the economy and teaching poor people to be self reliant and to not depend on the gummint for every facet of their lives. Dimocrats love poor people. That’s why they create so many of them and keep them in poverty.

The ultimate irony during the Obungler administration is that the people who are doing the worst under Obumbler’s policies are blacks. They did far better under Reagan and both Bushes than they’ve done under Oblunder.
