Yep! That’s pretty much it. The insurance Obungler said you could keep and that you were happy with got canceled because of Obummercare. Now you have to buy a policy that costs more and has higher deductibles. Obumbler called Obummercare a success. Amazing!

I would like to know how many people lost their health insurance. I would also like to know how many of the people who signed up were Medicaid recipients. I would also like to know how many of the people who have signed up have actually paid their premiums. In other words, I would like honesty and transparency. I know. I’m dreaming.

  1. My insurance premiums (for a high-deductible plan) have leaped from $150 to $350 a month in a series of hikes since ACA passed. I made no changes; each hike came with a letter explaining it was a result of provisions of ACA. And I’m one of the lucky ones, in that my plan is grandfathered — meaning I’d be in worse shape if I lost it. My doctor says I’d better hang on, because if I tried to change plans, I’d probably lose him (he’s lost a number of patients who lost their plans).

In sum, the law that promised lower premiums and greater flexibility has delivered much higher premiums and no flexibility.

If a private business did this to me, I’d have legal recourse. I could sue for damages, and there might be criminal charges against the perpetrator. But when the government defrauds you, you’re totally screwed. Also you’re a racist.

  2. My Bother In Law is an anetheseologist in So Cal and he’s an important cog in the wheels of a surgery. He’s now in his mid 50’s and is about to say screw it all.
His employee costs, for only proccessing O’Care govt. paperwork, have quadrupled. His payments for work he’s done have fell by 40%!!
He told me that O’care people have tried to tell him & his peers that THIS is what you’ll charge. It’ll be a sad day when all of these great doctors w/ alot of experience say FU BAMMY and retire.

    • We went with Medi-Share, one of the Health Care Sharing Ministries that are exempt from Obummercare and a way better deal. We wouldn’t have known about them if not for Obummercare so thanks Obutthead! Saved us a ton.

  3. I don’t qualify for Medicaid because I’m “too rich.” I guess because I own a vehicle and have a savings account that means hundreds are hanging from my pockets. Anyway, I go online and try to find an affordable plan. There, I encounter plans that are pure shit. High deductibles, high premiums. Nothing that works for me, so I have to go without. Like Denny said in the beginning, this idiot has destroyed the best healthcare system in the world. I’ve never met anyone more accurate with his political statements than Denny.

  4. The second paragraph should be edited to say that the only place you could buy car windows was through the government. Now it is a pretty good analogy.
