Dimocrats are hypocrites? I’m shocked! What is it this time? This equal pay for women meme. Didja know that in the Obungler White House women are paid 88% of what men are paid? Dontcha think Obumbler should start practicing what he preaches when it comes to gender pay equality? Wait! He’s our first black president so he’s held to a lower standard than a white president would be. He’s also a Dimocrat and as we have observed over the years, rules are different for them. As an example, imagine the firestorm if a Republican president had been caught having consensual sex with a chubby intern in the Oral Office. Gloria Steinem and the other radical feminists would have been screaming sexual harassment and demanding his resignation. Since BJ was an abortion supporting Dimocrat president, it was just fine with the screeching harridans of the feminist movement. And Thunder Rodent Thighs somehow became a feminist icon for not knowing about what BJ was doing and for not divorcing him for this public humiliation of her and her daughter. A real feminist would have taken Chelsea and left the SOB, but unlike a real feminist who is able to succeed on her own, she needed him for her success. How this makes her a “feminist icon” is beyond me. This must be female logic.

A Georgia Democratic congressman who said this week that wage disparities between men and women “belong in a ‘Mad Men’ episode” paid his female aides on average $8,221 less than men last year, according to a Tipsheet review of congressional salaries for the previous year.
Rep. Hank Johnson, who faces first serious primary challenge this year since he was first elected in 2006, launched a full-court press this week in support of the Paycheck Fairness Act, a Democratic proposal aimed at narrowing the pay gap between men and women.
I guess this equal pay stuff only applies to Republicans. Just like sexual harassment.

Mary Landrieu pays women 88 cents for every dollar that a man makes.
Mark Begich pays women 82 cents for every dollar that a man makes.
Mark Warner pays women 75 cents for every dollar that a man makes.
Gary Peters pays women 67 cents for every dollar that a man makes.
That means on average, these five Democrats on the ballot in battleground states pay women in their office 79 cents for every dollar made by a male employee.
Hmmm. Next thing we’ll find out is Oblunder lies and Harry Reid is a crook.
These women that earn less than men: did they take time out to have babies?
If women get paid only 77 cents fore very dollar that men are paid, why would any business hire any men. If they hired only women think of what that would do for their bottom line.

Ever hear of the EEOC? An entire gummint agency created to oversee “fairness” issues in business. If there are unfair business practices in the workplace then they are not doing what they were created to oversee and should be dismantled.

Willie – The EEOC was created to make it hard to fire incompetent blacks. When I worked for the Office Products Division of IBM we had an incompetent black dude who was kicked out of many accounts because he was totally incompetent and rude. He kept getting moved around from territory to territory for this and worked in two different branch offices in four years. His excuse for this was, wait for it, raaaaacism. Finally, the decision was made to fire him. First, IBM needed a paper trail as proof of his incompetence. By this time, he worked for the same manager as I did, the fourth manager he worked for. Every time a customer complained, my manager would ask the customer to put the complaint in writing. After a year of this, he was put on a plan. He was given six weeks to shape up or he was gone. Needless to say, he didn’t shape up. Then, instead of firing him, he was offered the opportunity to quit and get a month’s pay for every year he worked, which by this time was five years. That’s correct. Five years. That’s how long IBM put up with his incompetence in the name of affirmative action. This was in the 70’s before affirmative action became Diversity (All Hail Diversity!). He refused to quit and was fired. He went directly to the EEOC and sued IBM. Since IBM had over a year’s worth of documentation proving his incompetence and proof that they had bent over backwards with this loser, he didn’t have a case. He was too stupid to take the severance package and wound up with nothing.
The other black CE’s despised him because his incompetence and cries of racism reflected onto them. They were just as glad to see him go as everyone else.
I had to go on a field trip with this guy once and I watched in horror as he took a typewriter out of its case and when putting it back dragged it across a wood desk putting two big gashes in it. It took all of my willpower not to grab the typewriter’s platen and beat him to death with it. Of course, we fixed the desk, but it was a major embarrassment to me that I let it happen. I gave the secretary my business card and on the back I wrote my manager’s number and told her if she didn’t hear from him in half an hour to either call me or my manager. I also asked the office manager to write a letter to my manager about this and I promised that we would fix it and that this guy would never come to this account again. I shudder to think of how many episodes like this occurred when no one was with him. I think this may have been the straw that broke the camel’s back and led to the decision to finally build a case to fire this asshole.
