The winner this week, hands down, is one of the stupidest members of Congress. She is exhibit A of why letting blacks vote is a bad idea. Yeah. I must be a racist for saying this, but if they cannot come up with someone smarter than this bint they should just stay at home and not vote. No, I’m not talking about Corinne Brown who gave the “Go Gata” speech, in Ebonics, on the floor of the House of Representatives in honor of Florida winning the National Championship a few years ago where she honored “Irvin Maya” and “Tim Tivo”. Nope. I’m giving it to Sheila Jackson Lee. You may remember a few years ago when she was touring NASA in Houston she asked if the Mars Rover was anywhere near the flag the astronauts planted. Anyway, she went off on the Republicans for planning to impeach Jug Hussein Ears Downgrade. There’s just one thing wrong about that. The Republicans are not gonna impeach him. This is just a fantasy created by Dimocrats to try to boost turnout in the upcoming elections. And then, she came up with some revisionist history.

During a floor speech on Wednesday night, Texas Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee voiced her opposition to the House Republican lawsuit against President Barack Obama and said that Democrats had never moved to impeach former President George W. Bush when he was in office.

“A historical fact that President Bush pushed this nation into a war that had little to do with apprehending terrorists,” Jackson Lee said. “We did not seek an impeachment of President Bush, because as an executive, he had his authority. President Obama has the authority.”

It’s an odd thing for Jackson Lee to say, because it was just six years ago that she helped lead a movement to impeach Bush by co-sponsoring a bill accusing him of high crimes and misdemeanors.

So she cosponsored a bill to impeach Bush but now she sez she didn’t.

“She misspoke,” Jackson Lee’s spokesman Mike McQuerry told Yahoo News on Thursday morning. He declined to elaborate on what she meant to say.

That’s a nice way of saying she lied through her teeth. That’s just like civil rights “icon” John Lewis lied through his teeth when he said he was called “nigger” thirteen times by some Tea Party protestors. It seems that’s all black Dimocrats can do nowadays. Lie. Here’s your award bitch!

The cool summer here in Atlanta continues. Normally this time of year the temperature is in the 90’s. Thanks to global warming we’re supposed to be in the mid 80’s for the next week. It feels like September outside. It’s a good thing because the average price of electricity has climbed to an all time record.

(CNSNews.com) – For the first time ever, the average price for a kilowatthour (KWH) of electricity in the United States has broken through the 14-cent mark, climbing to a record 14.3 cents in June, according to data released last week by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Before this June, the highest the average price for a KWH had ever gone was 13.7 cents, the level it hit in June, July, August and September of last year.

The 14.3-cents average price for a KWH recorded this June is about 4.4 percent higher than that previous record.

Keep in mind that Obungler has declared a war on coal. Coal is one of the cheapest producers of electricity. I’ve got sumpin’ to say to you folks in West Virginia. A vote for the Dimocrat in your upcoming Senate race is a vote against coal. I don’t care what the candidate sez, a vote for the Dimocrat is a vote for Obumbler and Horrible Harry. Your other senator, Joe Manchin can talk all he wants about how he supports coal, but when push comes to shove, he’ll vote with the Dimocrats. The Dimocrat majority in the Senate is large enough to give him cover and allow him to vote against them, but if he were the deciding vote, he would vote to stab you in the back. He’s a Dimocrat. That’s what they do. I cannot understand why you folks in red states vote for Dimocrats. There is no such thing as a conservative Dimocrat or a moderate Diomocrat anymore. I’m still standing by my prediction that three Dimocrat senators in red states will be reelected. The voters are that dumb.

You folks in Kentucky. It’s the same damn thing. The Dimocrat candidate claims to support coal. Nope. Lying.

Here in Georgia we have Michelle Nunn, who is using her maiden name to cash in on her father’s legacy, who is being coy about Obummercare. She supports it. No ifs, ands, or buts. She can say she doesn’t but once she’s elected, she’ll follow the party line. Remember Stumpy Cleland? He ran as a conservative Dimocrat (there’s an oxymoron) but as soon as he got to DC, he became a liberal Dimocrat. When called on it he claimed his opponent accused him of not being patriotic. He put party over country so there could have been some truth in it. All that mattered is he campaigned as a conservative and legislated as a liberal.

Back to electricity prices. I sure am glad that global warming is causing us to have a milder summer so I don’t have to run my A/C so much. As Insty sez, Fallen Angel and The Last Centurion were just novels, right?

I’m sure you’ve heard by now that there is a large Ebola outbreak in Africa. Two infected Americans are being brought here for treatment at Emory University. Just think how easy it would be to smuggle the virus across our southern border. After all, children are crossing the border who have tuberculosis, head lice, and other medical conditions. We have a president and a political party who are all for this. They don’t care about letting children into this country with infectious diseases. All they care about are future Dimocrat voters. Am I questioning their patriotism? You are goddamned right I am! They’re putting political power over the welfare of the citizens of this country. That amounts to treason in my book. But we did elect the first black president. Yippee!
