First off, he wants to make junior college free. Who’s gonna pay for that? We’re already in a big debt hole already and he wants to make it even larger. Then, he’s crowing about how it’s his policies that are responsible for the growing economy. WTF? If his policies were so successful, the economy would have improved four years ago. What’s fueling growth right now is the drop in oil prices, which he’ll prolly try to take credit for as well. JHFC! Prices are dropping not because of what he has done but in spite of what he’s done. It’s fracking on private lands. He’s pretty much declared drilling on public land off limits. This butthead is like the rooster who thinks the sun came up because he crowed. Two more years of this dickhead and, I’m sure, many more awards.
I didn’t hear what he had to say about the terrorist attack in Paris. Did he say “Mooslime” or “Islam” when he talked about it? I doubt it.

Just got my latest Obamacare rate hike. I haven’t changed my policy, but the “Affordable Care Act” has mandated changes that drove the price from $150 a month to over $400. ACA is costing me an extra $3000 a year. And I’m in the demographic that ACA was supposedly going to help (mid-life, not rich, not a “Cadillac plan”). Everybody who actually pays an insurance bill knows what a fraud and a catastrophe Obamacare is, but we keep hearing how it’s “working”. This is crazy.
After Goofus’ term is concluded, you should retire the AOTW honorific like sports teams retire a jersey. After this train wreck, it would be uncommon for anyone else to rise to this level.

I have a distant relative (wife’s side) that thinks Obama is just wonderful and all healthcare and education should be free. Figures, she lives in Portland. Since she is a teacher, I think the cure for her is to tell her that she is now teaching for free and they have to live off of just her husbands income.

You know how they bailed out the banks, the auto industry, etc.? It amounts to a taxpayer bailout of public education. This kind of thing also makes us homeschoolers very nervous. I can’t afford to pay the grotesquely inflated costs for my two sons’ college education on my own but now I’m going to be paying for everybody else’s? How does that work? It’s the Obamacare principle applied to education.
Two years of community college now is the equivalent of two years of remedial high school education, thanks to decades of societal dumbing down. Our masters in Washington will ultimately use this scheme to coerce and control the curriculum just as they are doing in primary education with Common Core. Such schools are the last bastion of dedicated independent-minded teachers who desire to teach actual history, political science, philosophy, sociology, etc. without the obligatory liberal bias, and have been on the hit list of the radical left for a long time.
But the average shithead voter is going to say, “Free college! What a great idea! How can you be against it? You must be a racist or something!”
Our colleges and universities are already Progressive Madrassas. Obama and the Progressives just wants to make them available to more young skulls full of mush to increase the rate of indoctrination.

Prices are falling? So far, the only falling prices I’ve noticed have been gas prices. Nothing else seems to be following suit. I had hoped with lower gas prices that groceries would come down a bit. Not from what I’ve seen. Certainly our utility costs are just as high, if not higher, than they were last year this time. I’ll believe things are headed the right direction when our bank account feels it!
Growing food still costs the same, as for the utility bills, remember when he said he was going to bankrupt the coal industry?
Our primary source of electrical power is from coal burning plants. their added costs of operation have been passed onto you and you cannot expect them to lower them until they are no longer paying for the obama premium on their fuel.

Regarding community college tuition, it already is free for low income students. It’s called a Pell Grant, and the taxpayers already foot the bill for that. So, making it free for everybody just means that hard working taxpayers can now also pay for those who CAN afford to pay for themselves. I’m convinced all the common sense and simple logic has been sucked out of the world and I’ve fallen into an M.C. Escher painting.
