Epic Fail

Five Botched Environmental Predictions For 2015

1) UN overestimated global warming by 2015

2) All Rainforest Species Will Be Extinct

3) Oil will run out by 2015

4) Arctic sea ice will disappear by 2015.

5) Looking to the future: A billion people could die from climate change by 2020

Go to the site to see who made the predictions and when. Of course disaster predictor Paul Ehrlich is in there. Has he ever been right about anything?

Left out is Pope Albert I of the Church of AGW who said about 15 years ago that we would be past the “point of no return in 10 years”.

  1. Denny, hope you’re feeling better.

When it come to climate change news stories I don’t even stop to read any of the crap. My idea of a news story never involves this over hyped lie in order to give certain groups more power and create another method of redistributing wealth.

  2. The only thing that can be factually said about “climate change” is, “Yes, it will.”

On another note, glad to see you’re posting again. Hope you’re feeling better after your New Year’s Eve hangover. ;D

  3. Al Gore was right. We are past the point of no return. The point of no return to common sense (as a country). sheesh……

  4. There’s still hope: considering we have 7 billion people on board right now, a billion people will probably die from old age or other natural causes by 2020

  5. Yogi Berra said “It’s tough to make predictions, especially about the future.”. I say it is very easy to lie about it though because the average American has such a short memory and there doesn’t seem to be any penalty for being wrong.

  6. Thank-you for posting this.
There’s this one idiot in my circle who will just not shut up about “climate change.”
“New data” causes the changes in climate predictions.
So they’ll keep clamoring until they get their way – at which point they’ll claim they saved the world in the nick of time.
And won’t life be fun when we’re living under their thumb.
