What a crock! I can remember when we celebrated both Washington’s birthday and Lincoln’s birthday, but now we have President’s Day. GMAFB! Let’s see, we made a holiday for Martin Luther King Jr. to appease 13% of the population of this country. I’m sorry, MLK does NOT deserve a holiday celebration. He is not on the same level as George Washington, the father of our country, or Abraham Lincoln, who preserved the Union with the Civil War if you are from the North or the War of Northern Aggression, if you are from the South. Either way, we are one nation and not two, but if the rat bastard commies, like Jug Hussein Ears Downgrade, continue the destruction of this country, maybe it will be time for another Civil War. Guess who has most of the guns? Red States versus Blue States. The Red States prolly furnishes most of the men for the military as well.
Likewise, I don’t think MLK deserves a memorial on the Mall In Washington DC, especially since the people who are directly profiting from the memorial are the King Family, a bunch of money grubbing leeches who demand money for the use of his likeness and his words. MLK had a dream. The King Family has a scheme. His wife Coretta demanded that she be treated like royalty. His children, namely Dexter and Martin III are lazy parasites who are paid lavish salaries by the King Foundation for doing nothing but looting its finances. They let the King Memorial go to crap by not maintaining it. That was money they couldn’t pay themselves. Meanwhile, they are fighting with their sister over the family Bible which they want to sell to get more money. It’s getting so bad that Dexter is having to sell his mansion in California and move back to Atlanta. They are busy leeching off their father’s legacy. Even Cynthia Tucker, who is black and used to run the editorial page of the Atlanta Urinal and Constipation was disgusted by the King Families’ money grubbing ways. She wrote a few editorials excoriating them. Yeah. I’m a raaaaaaa-cist for writing this.

Yep, that’s ^ a problem. I’m also tired of the Red states vs. Blue states, crap. Liberals/Commies/Socialists/Progressives (pick your favorite descriptor) were always The Reds. If one cannot rectify that historical fact, then call it a day. Yet, the GOP accepts being Red? Amazing. The DNC has carte blanche to spin its agenda in Lincoln’s Union Blue. It’s fucking game over.

However, we do share the same birthday and the only thing ever he did for me was to give me a three day weekend.

Yanno, I heard Rush say that President’s Day only exist to supplement the income of the ski industry and provide a ‘holiday’ during the prime skiing season to give the government workers a chance to ski, cause, you know, they don’t have enough time off and stuff.
As for MLK day, I continue to call it “Lee-Jackson” (No King added – my bad) day as is should always be celebrated in the Commonwealth of Virginia, despite what the craven state legislators had deemed ‘appropriate’.
Little know fact, in a tiny part of Texas, and in every crap stained part of the capitol where she exist, every day is “Jackson Lee” day for a congresswoman whose first name is Sheila – what a lucky Girl!
I remember the holiday for presidents included only Washington and Lincoln as a day off from school.
Today, they don’t even teach American history (at least not in any context) and I’m sure most kids today don’t even know who they are.
Does “President’s Day” include all presidents?
