Double Standard

Of course there is a double standard in America. You must of heard about the black Kentucky player calling a white Wisconsin player a “nigga” at a post game press conference after Wisconsin defeated Kentucky. His exact words: “Fuck that nigga.” Ho hum. Nothing to see here. Move along. He apologized. Everything’s OK. Just imagine the reverse if the white Wisconsin player had said that. Toejam did and here are his comments about that.

Can you imagine the outrage if Kaminsky had called Harrison a Nigger? He would have immediately been kicked off the team and most likely expelled from college. His future would be down the toilet and his only hope would be going into polities as a liberal. Counselors would have been called in to offer support to the hundreds of Black students at both schools that were offended.

Actually, every white member of Wisconsin’s team (and they are prolly the whitest squad in the NCAA tournament) would have had to attend a Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) Awareness class.

All it took was a call from Harrison to Kaminsky to apologize and everything is cool. You know, that’s the way it should be, white or black, shake hands and go on about your lives.

But it can’t be because of “white privilege” and Slavery®.

But, if the White guy had said it, it would be 24/7 news and you can bet your life Al Sharpton would be involved by now and riots would erupt.

Not only Al Tawana Brawley Crown Heights Riots Freddie’s Fashion Mart Arson Sharpton, but Eric My People Holder, the Congressional Black Caucus, and, of course, Obungler would have weighed in on this blatant racism. We would have had to endure at least a week long lecture about racism in America. Not only would the white dude have had to apologize to the black dude, but he would have had to go on television and issue multiple tearful apologies. We would be barraged with stories about how racist a school Wisconsin was because of the lack of Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) on its basketball team (meaning not enough black starters).
