    • They don’t call it Fox News for nuttin’. I wish they hadn’t let Kiran Chetry get away. She prolly regrets it too since she bombed on CNN’s morning show. She looks a lot like a girl I dated back in the 70’s and almost asked to marry me. The marriage wouldn’t have lasted, but we would have had beautiful children.

      • Fox News indeed!
Even though I’m an Australian I watch Fox News more than any other channel these days. I’m not sure if that’s because I enjoy the (at times laughable) right-wing rhetoric or because everything else on TV is absolute tripe these days.
I must admit, I usually do enjoy Hannity, The Kelly File, The O’Reilly Factor (even though B.O loves the smell of his own shit so much that his head is constantly stuck up his own arse) and, at times, The Five.

        • I stopped watching O’Reilly for those same reasons altho’ I sometimes watch when he has Dennis Miller on. One thing I do have to say for BO is he does hold his guests’ feet to the fire. He had this one black dude Jesse Jackson wannabe on and he asked him for one example of right wing bias on FNC. The dude said he could give hundreds. BO persisted, “Fine. Give me just one.” The guy once again responded that he could give hundreds. BO said, “Then just give me one.” This went on for about a minute-and-a-half and BO essentially said he was full of shit since he couldn’t back up his claim. That’s what I want to see. Someone who calls BS and doesn’t let people get away with it. Megyn Kelly is the same way. Don’t let them just spout talking points. Get tough.

  1. she is hot, and there are very few women who equal a man’s definition of conservative. They’re just wired differently.

    • Andria Tanteros (or however you spell it) is a babe. Megyn Kelly would have been decent in her 20s. I appreciate her conservatism as well.

  2. Perino is a good scout. She’s one helluva lot better than Jay Carney or Josh Earnest at the PressSec job. She’s not a Fox babe per se, just a country girl who made good and never forgot what it’s like to be one.

One thing I admire is her loyalty to Dubya. I mean, she knows he was less than a perfect president, but like me she believes that he tried to do his best and always considered the interests of the nation and the people, not just the party or the self.

At first I thought she was a bit of an airhead, and at times she comes up with some hokey crap, but generally she makes good sense and doesn’t go in for the ad hominem attacks like the lefties do. OTOH, she doesn’t let in-your-face mantra-chanters get to her . . . holds her ground and fires back calmly, respectfully, and accurately.

Always right? Nope! Nobody is. Not even Krauthammer. She’s a down-home girl who always tries to speak well of others and definitely knows what the hell is going on, not just another dumb blonde.

    • You’ve nailed what I’ve gleaned from the book which I’m halfway through. Her fraternal great grandparents emigrated from Italy. Her fraternal grandparents had a ranch in Wyoming that is still in the family. It’s run by her uncle. She was born in Wyoming but her parents moved to Denver when she was two. She did spend summers at the ranch. Every year she participated in cattle drives. She’s smart as a whip, straight A student throughout her schooling. She’s an overall well grounded, conservative, professional, and loyal woman. She’s easy on the eyes as well. Here hubby is a limey eighteen years her senior. She was a far superior White House press lady than the idiots that Obungler has given us. She didn’t rely on snark as most of Obumbler’s pressers have.
