Some good old fashioned Sammy Hagar before he joined Van Halen. This was recorded at the Checkerdome (which no longer exists) in St. Louis back in 1983. I can’t believe I missed this concert. I lived in St. Louis back then and I don’t remember ever missing Sammy when he came to town. Sammy loved St. Louis and St. Louis loved Sammy! He always sold out. The first time I saw him was right after he left Montrose and he opened for Ted Nugent. He stole the show. Look at the energy.
