Lotsa people disagree with me when I say this, but I think a general policy of sterilization for anyone caught rioting like that would put the brakes on pretty firmly.
Houston, Oakland, Chicago, St. Louis, New York, Baltimore, Philadelphia . . . just fly a few copters over ’em spreading a knockout gas, then send in a trained cadre of volunteers with clippers and spray bottles of gentian violet.
Remove the entire scrotum on males and the pleasure center on females and paint the incisions purple. Take a mug shot, fingerprint, DNA swab, and name, if available, pat ’em on the cheek and wish ’em sweet dreams.
Hell, I’ ll be more then happy to demonstrate how to try a bull into a steer, only takes a couple of quick (in this case really slow) swipes of a knife. Might even give me a bit of roping practice!
I disagree, they need to be conscious when the procedure is done so they get the message loud and clear. Hell, all second time felons should get the snip. That way if the problem is genetic, we can eliminate it in two or three generations.
It seems like it would have been a good time to call in Puff The Magic Dragon of Nam fame. Doing that about twice might get the word out. On the plus side, they might get a few media pukes too. Win win!!

Seriously, at the ground level, the city leadership is like the keystone cops. They’e got little respect from many of the residents and businesses. Gee, I wonder why we can’t keep growing our downtown district? Why does everyone leave for northern VA? or the north burbs? Can’t understand why? For God’s sake we’ve got a light rail!

This is the inevitable result of Liberal Socialist Democratic efforts to establish a Liberal utopia complete with diversity,minority indulgence & a welfare mentality.
I would think Baltimore might just need some upgraded urban planning to provide recreational opportunities for the inhabitants which satisfy their savage instincts for destruction & tribal uprisings that will leave the infrastructure intact.
Remember the words of their Black Mayor ….”Let them riot, its only property”! The cost should not be of any consideration for two reasons, property is not important & taxes can be levied on white folks to provide the necessary funding.
PS ….How about a 20 lane wide one way highway out of town for civilized people .

Let’s see now, I’ve learned to never again risk life and limb for some of the excellent Middle Eastern cuisine in Dearbornistan, Michigan – To never go anywhere the Mexican border for authentic Mexican food – To do without anymore in-town “Chicago-Style” pizza – And to never again venture into Miami’s “Little Havana.” Now, although I’ve never been there, I suppose I can cross-out authentic Maryland steam crabs from my “Bucket list” – There’s no sense rushing the inevitable is there?

Part of me just hopes that the stroller is empty and she left her baby home alone and was using the stroller to grab more during the looting. Not sure if that is worse than taking your baby to riot…
I live in Baltimore and commute to DC…so I have the best of both worlds. Actually, the “riots” didn’t affect our area of the city. The media wanted people to think the entire city was looted and burning I think, but there wasn’t one Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods burned out, thank God. And Jos A. Bank got out unscathed, as did Chick Fil A and Panera Bread. Hmmm…perhaps there is a pattern…
