Watch Ted Cruz make the president of the Sierra Club look like a booger eatin’ moh-ron. The idiot did all the work, Cruz just pointed it out. Looks the the AGW version of the 5th Amendment is the bogus canard about the “97% of climate scientists …” BS. Turns out that study was debunked. The methodology used was laughable. It went sumpin’ like this. Cook threw out all of the responses where the respondents said they had no opinion one way or the other. That was more than half of the respondents. Of the ones who did have an opinion is where he got his 97% from. In actuality the true number was in the 30’s. And even some of those say that their responses did not agree with man-made global warming.
Forbes
Just remember, Social Justice Warriors always lie and the AGW movement is composed of SJWs.
Now, listen to this booger eatin’ moh-ron repeat over and over the 97% crap. That’s all he has. As Bugs would say, “What a maroon!”
I wish Ted had taken him to the woodshed over the 97% as well.
Ya, well, if Ted’s ego will allow it, he’ll consider asking The Donald if he can be his V.P.
Ted, is known to fuck himself more than most if one is willing to pay attention: http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=114&session=1&vote=00010
See that? Ted sez, “climate change is real and not a hoax.”
The proper numbers are “77 of 79 scientists”. Mark Steyn has a chapter discussing this in “A Disgrace To The Profession”, http://www.steynstore.com/product133.html
Cheers
Meh. 97% is close enough for an affirmative action president of some EnviroTard organization.
Dang it Denny, you had me hoping. When I saw the head line I thought Ted had gotten Barry to go join ISIS then let Russia lob in a missle.
This whole “97%” bullshit is simply made up. It’s playing with statistics. That “97%” is actually – of the papers written about climate change 97% of them MENTION an anthropomorphic effect.
Whenever I ask someone if they want to know where the 97% comes from they don’t want to hear it.
It still doesn’t matter. Science by consensus isn’t science. For example, how many scientists in 1491 believed the world was flat?
Still, why do so many scientists support this myth? Cruz nailed it at around 4:30 in the clip. FOLLOW THE MONEY. If you needed a grant, how far do you think you’d get if you applied with the theory that global warming is bunk? Now, if you had some new angle to prove that global warming was real you’d almost assuredly get the grant.
Cruz must be a very well trained lawyer. He could sit there and patiently repeat the question without ripping the bozo’s throat out – when all the bozo could say was… THE DATA DOESN’T MATTER “Don’t confuse me with the facts. My mind’s made up.”
Yep. Cruz is a very well trained lawyer. He’s also a very accomplished debater. However, he does shit that enables and emboldens the fruitloops on The Left (see first comment above) that absolutely infuriates a lot of folks who are tired of dipshits playing lawyerball games, which accomplish nothing.
And, now that I see Ted is delusional enough to take a shot at Trump, he can pretty much worry about getting reelected to his senate seat in 2018.
Chew’em up and spit’em out, that was very Trey Gowdy of him we sure do need more of them. That 97% clearly are bought and paid for touchy feely activists hell bent on the fundamental transformation of our America into something some of them honestly believe will be better. I recall a while back over in England a group of these 97% so called renowned man made global warming alarmists actually put out a statement saying that drinking water does nothing to ward off dehydration. Why in the hell would they say such a stupid thing? It seems local activist Liberals were having some problems with a local bottled water company. Clearly these are professional scientists but their profession isn’t science.
Transformation of America, nothin!
You control international energy and you control the world.
Guess who’d be in charge…
The 97% consensus is impossible…
