Who would ever think that the French president would show more balls than an American president. Thanks Obungler voters. Thanks a lot. I hope you booger eatin’ moh-rons are happy, especially “conservatives” like Colin Powell. Thanks black people. The only upside is that you racists who voted skin color are doing far worse under Obongo than you did under Reagan and both Bushes. That gives me a big ol’ schadenboner the way you screwed yourselves. Of course, you’ve been doing it for the last 50 years by voting for Dimocrats who have kept you poor, uneducated, and dependent upon the gummint. Just think of the useful idiots in the Congressional Black Caucus that you keep electing. Many of them, like Sheila Jackson Lee, live like royalty while you remain mired in poverty. Fuck you!

Harsh words, but we know you’re truly saying it out of love, because only a political party that hated blacks and wanted to keep them down could do to the blacks in this country what the Democrat Party has done to them; they traded one slavemaster for another. How quickly it has been forgotten that the Republican Party was the anti-slavery party. Democrats and their nihilist allies have successfully turned the world upside down, and the real shame and tragedy of it all is that if people can’t see the true reality of their situation they will always be unable to address their problems and improve their lives. And society pays a hefty price. One could also argue that, with this first Affirmative Action president, the entire world is suffering from his folly. We just saw that again this weekend in France.
If the KKK had come up with a plan to keep blacks poor and uneducated they couldn’t have done a better job than the Dimocrat Party. Hmmmm. The KKK was the militant arm of the Dimocrat Party.
Hey Formerlib,
Got a question since I figure you might have been a democrat in your former life:
Q: What do you call a member of the Republican Party?
A: A Republican
Q: What do you call a member of the Democratic Party?
Q2: A Democratic?
The point is I’d never be associated with an organization that’s so ignorant it uses an adjective to label a Proper Noun.
I concur. You’ll notice that I used the term “Democrat Party.”
I guess the difference is that the word “Republican” can be either a noun or an adjective, but “Democratic” can only be an adjective. Another difference which is now painfully obvious to me is that there’s nothing “democratic” about the Democratic Party. Even their name is a lie.
Also, I’m in good company: some of the best conservatives are former liberals, like Ronald Reagan and Thomas Sowell. Yeah, I know, I just flattered myself.
So, is then the EMTALA Act a good idea? If so, then don’t bitch about Romneycare, or Obamacare, of which, both have Guber’s fingerprints all over them.
Yeah, you’re right. Reagan and et al fucked up. In the’90s, I lived across the street from the emergency room entrance of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Milwaukee (a bad neighborhood.) I had to use the ER twice and paid for it because I was insured. There I saw firsthand how the locals were abusing the system. The ER was packed full of welfare mothers and their kids almost ’round the clock, and the waits were long and it was obvious that the staff’s morale was lousy.
There were also many nights when I looked out my window and saw gunshot and stabbing victims going in. Reagan said he endorsed the EMTALA Act on “Christian, humanitarian” grounds. Without the Act, I would be seeing people bleeding to death right outside my apartment.
I despise unfunded mandates, or federal mandates of almost any kind, and I don’t understand why the Act couldn’t have been written with restrictions to discourage abuse and gaming of the system.
Wait, I take that back . . . any restrictions would be a happy hunting ground for lawyers screaming “discrimination!” and other crap like that.
And now there’s the rub: more than any politician, more than any ideology, more than anything else — the real reason why all this stuff is complicated, corrupted, inefficient, and expensive, is lawyers.
Ah, yes, lawyers: http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2015/11/16/video-senator-ted-cruz-demanding-u-s-take-syrian-refugees-and-not-worry-about-terrorist-embeds/
Many questions should always be asked when it comes to lawyers: http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2015/11/15/conservative-media-protecting-advancing-their-candidates/
LBJ was wrong: They’ll keep voting democrat longer than a generation. You really can’t fix stupid.
You mean Republicanic is not a word?
