Yep! They sure do. Let’s return to the gun free utopia of Chicago and check out what happened last week and how the Black Lives Matter folks celebrated Mother’s Day weekend. Ninety-four people were shot last week and fifteen people were murdered. Most of it happened over the Mother’s Day weekend. Happy Mother’s Day momma!
For 2016 there have been 214 homicides so far. 2016 should have no problem beating 2015. Let’s hear it for the Ferguson Effect! Keep in mind, most of these are black on black. Also keep in mind that Chicago has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country. Also keep in mind that Dimocrats have run Chicago for over fifty years. As Insty sez, “How come Dimocrat run cities are such hell holes?”
Black Lives Matter. Sure they do. Pull my finger!
It’s a shame there aren’t sites like this for St. Louis and Detoilet, two cities that often hold the title of murder capital of the US.
If you go to that website and look at the streets and housing, these are not run down areas like you wold find in Detroit of St. Louis. This has nothing to do with poverty but with drug greediness and street gangs that want to increase their income. There are essentially four “no go” zones in the Chicago where most of these killings and shootings occur.
OK so, “Ninety-four people were shot last week and fifteen people were murdered.” (Yeah, that’s about a 16% kill percentage – If there ever is a race-war I’ll bet any self respecting, White, NRA member can beat that percentage many times over).
I’m waiting for a reporter to ask Hillary “If the federal government were to enact gun laws for the entire country that were as strict as Chicago’s, do you think the murder rate (i.e. # killings per 100,000) for the country would be more like Chicago’s?”
I also live in Greater Idiotland and I can safely tell you that the media and all the politicians blame the guns, not the people that pulled the triggers. As long as they have that perception, they’ll never be able to solve anything. If you keep pumping out illegitimate babies and drop them off with grandma to raise them, you’ll continue to have gang violence.
First, instead of blaming a gun do you think they’d blame a constituent?
Next, pretty soon they’re going to run out of grandmas to raise the children.
