I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Jimi did a great job with the guitar. Especially this example.
BUT his military record is “kinda” iffy:

“Jimi Hendrix was a part of the 101st Airborne Division, which was chosen by Hendrix over serving prison time for riding in stolen cars. Ultimately, Hendrix, then only 19 years old, was discharged in May of 1962 after being caught masturbating in platoon areas.”
When I hear the National Anthem played in that manner it makes me cringe.Ditto with the latest primadonnas at sporting events.Borders on the sacrilegious in my view.
