Pretty amazing isn’t it? And of course the press is complicit in this. This is just another example of the rot and corruption that is an epidemic in this country. That a major party would nominate someone this dishonest, corrupt, and careless to the highest office in the land is an example of how far down the tubes this country has gone. That a large percentage of the opposition party will also support this career criminal shows just how corrupt the Republican Party has become. The media has shown itself to be nothing more than the propaganda arm of the Dimocrat Party. The populace has been dumbed down so much that they will vote for this candidate who should be in jail. Unfortunately, the DOJ is so rotten to the core that they declined to indict someone so obviously guilty of breaking many laws. And those of you who think the investigation of the Clinton Crime Family Foundation in New York will go anywhere are dreaming. Nothing will happen. The rule of law is dead in this country. When that happens, when the corruption is so widespread as it is now the country is on its way to becoming a banana republic. We are currently an oligarchy of elite kleptocrats who are above the law and we the people are allowing it to happen. This is how countries commit suicide. This is how countries become Venezuela.

I was super late in Sasebo last night in port. One of the bar girls asked me to meet her after she got off. She took me home, gave me a bath, and screwed my brains out. They had instruments in the bar and a bunch of us from my ship formed a band. I was lead guitar player and she wanted to bang a musician. We were supposed to be back to the ship at 2300. I got back at 0500. Told the lifer Bos’n’s mate standing JOOD that he could write me up but it was worth it. He asked if anyone knew I was on the beach after 2300. Told him no and he told me to hit my rack. The A/C was out in the sleeping compartment so I slept in the ET shack where we kept a mattress. Slept through quarters. I was marked UA and they sent a message to Sasebo to look for me. Went to see my Dept head officer and told him it was a rough swim but I made it. Didn’t tell him anything else just that I overslept in the ET shack.
And you didn’t even catch anything! Of course, if’n Hills caught somethin’ from Slick Willy and his runnin’ around we’d never hear about it.
Geeze, Denny, I just had a horrible thought. What if she’d managed to join Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children and been in the Far East when you and I had been there. Would either of us, or any of our buddies, have ever gotten drunk enough to hit on her?

Yeah, on Okinawa we had a good ol’ boy from Kentucky or Tennessee who kept gettin’ VD and was afraid he was gonna get called before the CO. When he came down with a case of crabs he didn’t want to go on sick call so he decided to treat ’em himself. We woke up one night hearin’ him screaming from the head. Seems he’d decided that the best treatment was to hit ’em with carbon tet. It would appear, in retrospect, that strong chemicals on one’s junk might be just a little too painful. He was standin’ at the sink, cold water runnin’ full blast and using both hands to scoop it into himself. Standin’ there with his boxers around his knees and pawin’ away at the sink, he looked like a dog tryin’ to dig up gophers. I still grin just thinkin’ about it.
From zero’s point of view having a known criminal nominated is a feature. Part of the fundamental transformation.
Yahoo News is going full bore against Trump. They have a big interview with Gloria Steinmen with Katie Couric that is in the front of their news tier. It’s really disgusting and pretty damn sad at this point. I have never seen anything like this since Nixon was president. They really want to get his scalp and get it bad.
