This is the “charity” that gives approximately 8% of its money to actual charitable causes. Where does the rest of the money go? To “travel” and other “expenses” for the corrupt Clintons and their corrupt cronies. It’s a pay to play where foreign gmmints donated to it for favors when Thunder Rodent Thighs was SecState. In a sane world, all three Clintons would be in jail for corruption.
