Price is a doctor and he has been opposed to Obummercare from the git go. Pretty much everything he predicted about this poorly written and poorly implemented program has come to pass. As head of HHS, he is the perfect person to help dismantle it. And thanks to Obungler’s precedent, a lot of it can be done by the president by executive order.
