Here We Go Again

The Republicans never learn. Have you heard the latest?

One week after Donald Trump won the presidency on a promise to “drain the swamp” in Washington, House Republicans will vote on a proposal to bring back earmarks.

WTF? Don’t you guys remember what happened back in 2000 when you spent like Dimocrats? WTF is wrong with you idiots?

The vote will take place Wednesday when House Republicans meet to adopt their rules for the next Congress. The House earmark ban dates to 2010 when the GOP won control of the chamber.

Now, a trio of Republican lawmakers wants to return to the practice of earmarking, which became synonymous with government waste and pork-barrel spending during the GOP-controlled Congress of the early 2000s.

Reps. John Culberson of Texas, Mike Rogers of Alabama, and Tom Rooney of Florida are listed as sponsors of the amendment, a copy of which was obtained by The Daily Signal.

You stupid dickheads. JHFC! You shellacked the Dims and you control the gummint and you are gonna turn around and give them a chance, once again, to run against your reckless spending.

    • I don’t think so. Ahhhnald was purely and actor and not much of a bidnessman. He went to Sacramento with his “girlie boy” schtick and the lib congress made him lick his own balls. He was a good Rino after that first encounter. Trump is no Ahhhnald.

    • No he isn’t. He’s done nothing to indicate that so far, and plenty to indicate he’s going to stay the course. Just because the media–which was wrong on every count regarding DJT since he starting running for office–is saying he’s softening and walking back positions doesn’t mean he actually is. It’s base propaganda.

Also, I fail to see how a bunch of republicans cucking away like anyone with sense should’ve known they would has anything at all to do with what Donald Trump is going to do in office.
