Speaking of “really good guitarists”, Have ya’ ever heard Jimmy Capps? He’s been mostly a Nashville session guitarist for over 3o years. He can play anything and do it very well. He is a consummate “picker” – “Google” him and listen if you don’t already know of him.
Imagine…They’re just sitting there together, enjoying one another’s company, and playing the music they love with the instrument they mastered. Pure delight! I’m a bit envious, but also grateful. I just keep listening, and re-listening, again and again.

Love it! Excellent example of jamming etiquette by some of America’s finest musicians. Chet Atkins adds such nice color and subtlety to the jam.
