From Guitars To Passengers

Remember when United only used to break guitars?

This is a true story. The comments on this piece have been updated to reflect United’s latest fiasco. Examples:

2009: Throw guitar
2017: Throw human
2025: ?

Now they start to throw Asians.

In case you haven’t heard, United now breaks humans!

They even broke Hitler’s guitar!

The Dave Carroll video caused them to take a big stock hit. Nice to see their customer service hasn’t improved.

  1. What we need is a single payer / single airline solution.

That way all of the handlers would have “a living wage” and their attitudes would improve greatly. And all of the other employees wouldn’t have to worry if their children were getting the basic nutrition they need. That way they can care more about their customers.

Tell me JUST ONE THING wrong about my solution. (and good luck keeping it to just one thing 🙂 )

    • First of all, you don’t mention Flight Stamps for those who can’t afford the price of a ticket. Is there a co-pay? Are the flight attendants LGBTQRSTWXYZ Union approved? Are the parachutes packed like real parachutes or like fudge?
      Shall I go on?

  2. United has been on my ‘No Fly List’ for a long time. Ever since they
left me in Narita Japan with a cancelled flight and the next open seat three days hence. No offers of any kind to help out a tired and then pissed off traveler.
Fortunately, JAL took my United ticket and put me on their 747 back to the US, without a problem. Henceforth and forevermore, never a mile in a United airplane.

  3. My family’s experience with United can be summed up as,2hrs late taking off 3hrs late arriving, plus United employees consider this Standard Operating Procedure.NEVER EVER FLY WITH UNITED!!!
