Good News, Bad News
First, the bad news. The Atlanta Urinal and Constipation’s latest poll on the 6th Congressional District race has Jon Osshole up by seven points. Now the good news. It’s an AJC poll.
If AJC polls were accurate, Dimocrat Jason Carter would be governor of Georgia, Dimocrat Michelle Nunn Martin would have won her Senate race, and Crooked Cankles would have carried the state. That’s how reliable AJC polls are.
But, early voting is up. Voter registration is up as well. Of course, many people who have tried to register live outside the district and are prolly Dimocrats. I sure am glad that Georgia has voter id. It makes it hard for Dimocrats to cheat and steal elections.
As I have written before, listening to Osshole’s ads it sounds like he is a Republican. Never in his ads does he mention that he is a Dimocrat. He does not mention that his mentor is Hank Guam is gonna tip over Johnson. He sez he worked as a congressional aide but never mentions whom he worked for, Hank Guam is gonna tip over Johnson. He never mentions that he has been endorsed by racist pig John Lewis and Hank Guam is gonna tip over Johnson. No high profile Dimocrat has come to campaign with him. Most of his money has come from out of state.
This is the most expensive congressional campaign in history topping over $40 million. The Dimocrats are desperate for a win having lost every single special election so far this year. The only way white Dimocrats win in the South is to run as Republicans. I would say moderate Dimocrats, but that beast is extinct.
By the way, that’s the way Dimocrats won in 2006. After Republicans tried to prove they could spend every bit as well as Dimocrats under Bush 43, Dimocrats ran on fiscal responsibility (which is what Osshole is doing). Dimocrats and fiscal responsibility do not belong in the same sentence. Anyway it worked, and they passed Pay Go to control the deficit, which of course, they immediately ignored. The deficit exploded, which is what happens when you put Dimocrats in charge. When Obungler was elected, we got our first trillion dollar deficits.
Only nine more days and the robocalls and the campaign mailouts will be over.
