Obungler has been doing his usual thing, badmouthing the US while he is overseas. On July 4th he railed against American patriotism. Amazing! But I’m not giving him the award. It goes to CNN who used its resources to hunt down a private citizen and threaten to dox him for having the temerity to make a .gif ridiculing CNN. This is blackmail, pure and simple, and is possibly a violation of the law. What’s more, it makes CNN look petty and totally unprofessional. Trump Derangement Syndrome has really pushed the people at CNN over the edge. These people have gone batshit crazy and look more and more ridiculous every day. They have totally blown their pretense at being a serious news organization. Their ratings are in the dumpster. You would think they would step back and take a look at what they have done to themselves, but the TDS is too far advanced. They won’t win any prizes for news coverage but they will win an Asshole of the Week Award.
Trump can be criticized for dubious acts of bad taste, but his targets are always narrow and public. CNN, or the Mayor of London; that sort of thing. People he has a specific gripe with. Trump has never condemned vast swaths of the American public as Hillary did, or bullied anonymous little people as CNN did here. Compared to the Dems, Trump is a saint.

If they keep this up I may even start watching CNN.
Petty and unprofessional? In other words, normal CNN. Great choice for the award. Maybe some folks can get a boycott going on advertisers on their screed.

After the mainstream media and CNN went into the tank for Obama and became partisan hacks for the Democrats, the bias was soo bad that even mainstream America noticed the bias. After Trumps election, they view themselves as the resistance and behaved accordingly further alienating most of America. It will take years for CNN to repair the damage to their reputation.

During the First Gulf War CNN was the most respected news agency in the country. It’s mind boggling how screwed up it’s become since then. Talk about crash and burn.
