Sunday Metal 9-3-2017 Posted September 3, 2017 A one hit wonder band from St. Louis. After 40 years this song still holds up.
What a classic rock song. I must be getting old, as I remember hearing this and rushing out to buy the album. Thanks Denny` Reply ↓
Forgot about that one. The only song that is still played on the classic rock stations is Never Been Any Reason. Reply ↓
Not a huge hit, but you hear “Jefftown Creek” every once in a while , if you’re lucky enough to have a radio station with a real old time DJ . Reply ↓
John Schlitt was the second lead singer for the band Petra from 1986 until 2005 when the group retired. Reply ↓
He left Head East to form his own group Johnny. I remember one of the jocks on KSHE interviewing him about that. Reply ↓
I remember seeing them with Montrose, both backing up Robin Trower in 1976. How ’bout some Trower some Sunday morning? The Fool and Me was classic back in the day. Reply ↓
