This year the prestigious Asshole of the Week Award goes to Catherine Pugh the mayor of Baltimore. You remember Baltimore right? It is the African run city that is the most dangerous city in the country with the highest per capita murder rate of any US city. It is the city where the previous mayor told the police to stand down so the looters and the rioters after the St Freddie of Heroin incident could “have more space” to loot and riot. It is the city that named a recreational center after St. Freddie of Heroin, a career drug dealer. Stephanie has decided to use taxpayer money to send 60 busloads of students to DC for the anti-gun march.

Baltimore’s new Mayor Catherine Pugh is sending public school students to the “March for Our Lives” event in Washington, DC. The event has been organized for the students of Parkland who have been repeatedly exploited by the left to push gun control. Pugh is charging the taxpayers of Baltimore for the trip.

This is the city that couldn’t afford to adequately heat their schools.

Baltimore closed its public schools Thursday amid blustery cold, snowy conditions and community outrage after conducting classes in some buildings where students had to wear coats and gloves to stay warm.

At least a half-dozen schools opened late or closed early Wednesday because of heating problems. Staff in about 60 district schools complained about heating issues, almost one-third of the city’s total.

Schools CEO Sonja Santelises, in a Facebook Live video, blamed the “unprecedented” cold.

“We don’t normally close just because it is a cold day,” she said. “But we also understand, and I hear people, that this is sustained cold. And nobody in this city, including me, wants folks sitting around in coats and in mittens all day for the entire day.”

They can’t find money to heat their schools but they can find money to get the kids to play hooky.

To succeed in life, stay in school … unless you’re cutting class for the sake of progressive politics.

That’s the message Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh delivered to hundreds of high school students playing hooky outside City Hall in protest of gun violence. Shouting through the SWAT team’s microphone, Pugh cheered their little act of delinquency before offering taxpayer cash for the adolescent activists to march on the national capital. Flanked by Police Commissioner Darryl De Sousa, the mayor shouted, “Let’s show Washington D.C. that Baltimore matters.”

Just like black lives where Baltimore leads the nation in per capita murders most of them murders of Africans by Africans.

Pugh promised free T-shirts and free lunches if the students will board 60 city buses later this month to protest gun violence. The grade school protestors, in exchange, will provide advocacy and a convenient photo-op for an ambitious politician.

But since when have cities become political action committees and their municipal budgets seed money for political organizing? The stunt is irresponsible and borderline abusive.

That’s what leftist assholes do. She’s taking these kids out of school and paying them to play hooky and become props for the left’s desire to ban guns and she’s using taxpayer dollars to do it. These dollars could be more wisely spent elsewhere to improve the lives of the citizens of Baltimore, but this is what the citizens voted for and this is what they are getting good and hard. This is Wakanda in America just like all African run cities.

And Catherine Pugh is an asshole. And I’m a racist for pointing it out.

The Trump Stain Spreads

Strange choice of words. It reminds me of another stain on a blue dress. Could this have been a Freudian slip?

Winston Churchill is supposed to have said: “With integrity, nothing else counts. Without integrity, nothing else counts.”

In fact, that seems to be one of those Churchillian epigrams that Churchill never actually got around to saying. But it captures an important truth about politics, that dishonor is like a cancer that spreads inexorably as it feeds upon ambition, protects itself with lies and doubles down with cover-ups.

Just like the last two Dimocrat administrations. Clinton trying to cover-up his sexual peccadilloes and the “scandal free” Obungler administration tried to cover-up its scandals from Fast and Furious to Benghazi to the FISA abuses, which make Watergate look like a minor offense by comparison. And you members of the Fake News Media aided and abeted the cover-ups because Dimocrats can do no wrong. By the Way, the Parkland school shooting was a result of policies put in place by Obama/Holder to not arrest problem students. Cruz was one such student. He should have been arrested many times but wasn’t. Had he been arrested, he would not have been able to obtain a firearm. Another liberal policy gone amuck so let’s blame the NRA.

Looking at the chaos in the White House these days, I worry about inexperience, incompetence and lack of judgment. But maybe I worry most about an utter lack of integrity — and the way it is proving infectious.

Once again this looks like the Obumbler administration where we put a community organizer with no executive experience in charge of the country. His policies prolonged the Great Recession which we are now only coming out of. Yes, we never really recovered under Oblunder. The unemployment numbers were false. He presided over the worst GDP growth of the post war years.

Under the incompetent Trump, the economy is roaring back and the stock market is booming. Do you remember some of the columns from the left that said the presidency had gotten just too big for one man over the last eight years? True, if the man were an incompetent boob like Jug Hussein Ears Downgrade. Remember the downgrade? Our debt was downgraded under Obongo.

The contagion of dishonor has spread irresistibly through the White House staff, turning aides into con artists. Indifference to ethics has spread through the cabinet and agencies, resulting in endless scandals. And the epidemic has rippled through much of the G.O.P. (with some heroic exceptions), turning lawmakers into enablers and hypocrites.

Another perfect description of the last two Dimocrat administrations. Remember the con, “If you like your health care plan you can keep your health care plan. If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor”? One of the architects of Obummercare even laughed about lying to the American people to get it passed. And you want to talk about scandals? Look at the Clinton administration, prolly the most corrupt administration in the history of the country. “Indifference to ethics”? Howza ’bout using the FBI and the FISA courts to spy on the political opposition. Nixon is spinning in his grave. Spare us your hypocritical sanctimony Kristoff!

The Rob Porter affair, for example, isn’t just about Porter any more but about what seems to be a cover-up and a dismissiveness toward domestic violence. John Kelly, the White House chief of staff, claimed that he had removed Porter within 40 minutes of learning of credible allegations of Porter’s domestic abuse; to listen to F.B.I. testimony, it now seems it may have been seven months.

Meanwhile for eight years you supported a rapist in the White House. You lionized Ted Kennedy another abuser of women. You people really are pathetic.

President Trump said on Wednesday that he is against domestic violence. But when you have to say that, something is wrong.

We have a president who has himself been accused of domestic violence (an allegation of rape by his first wife that she later retracted),

Meanwhile BJ was accused of rape and his victim never retracted the accusation. But you guys on the left defended him so it’s rather hypocritical for your now holier than thou attitude towards Trump, and you know what? We Trump supporters see through your sanctimonious bullshit.

who has lost two aides to accusations of domestic violence, whose chief of staff (a retired four-star Marine general) in 2016 praised a colonel as a “superb Marine officer” after he had been accused of sexually harassing two women. More broadly, while I understand the sorrow people feel for a colleague who is self-immolating, the White House’s initial comments came across as discounting one of the most common kinds of violence in America today.

And when a Dimocrat commits domestic violence, the story is buried.

The answer has to do, I think, with a lack of integrity, an absence of a moral compass, a narcissism in which the all-consuming need becomes to protect oneself and one’s boss.

Speaking of moral compasses, howza ’bout BJ’s. And remember how he trotted out all of those women to try and protect him from the Lewinsky scandal. Or the moral compass of Obeauzeau when he had Susan Rice go on all of the Sunday talk shows and claim Benghazi was due to a YouTube video that no one had ever heard of and then they threw the maker of the YouTube video in jail. Is that the kind of moral compass you’re talking about Nick?

Or Felonia von Pantsuit? Remember Gerry Studds who abused congressional pages? Oops! He wasn’t abusing women, he was abusing boys. He was elected to three more terms after he was censured by Congress and you’re saying the GOP has no moral compass? GFY!

I would love to have someone put together a tape of Dimocrats during the impeachment hearings in the House and Senate where the Dimocrats said over and over, “It’s only sex.” Well guess what Nick. It’s only sex. You assholes set the standard with BJ and now you’re upset with Trump? As Kurt Schlichter said, “The left is gonna hate the new rules.”

Sometimes politicians, liberals and conservatives alike, are unprincipled in pursuit of principles they are passionate about. But Trump aides don’t seem to believe in any cause larger than themselves or their leader.

OMFG! You can actually write that after eight years of the Obamessiah? He was revered by you folks on the left as “like a god” who was actually “stepping down” to become president. Jesus H. Christ the worship of Barry Soetero became sickening as did your attempts to paint Moochelle as beautiful and the black version of Jackie Kennedy.

That’s alarming because of the risks that even worse might lie ahead. When self-absorbed people are caught in a growing scandal, they overreach. In this case, that might mean the firing of Robert Mueller or Rod Rosenstein, or some military clash that changes the subject. To be clear, I don’t think officials would deliberately turn to war as a solution to political problems, but we all have a remarkable ability to persuade ourselves that what is good for us is also good for the country.

Growing scandal? Holy crap! It’s a freaking witch hunt! The real scandal is using the FBI to spy on the opposition. The last two Dimocrat administrations totally corrupted the DOJ, the FBI, and the IRS. Unfortunately, the “Republican” president between BJ and the Magic Negro didn’t clean up the corruption. Trump is trying to do so but leftists like you support what BJ and the Kenyan have done.

Every administration suffers embarrassments. But when there is a basic lack of integrity at the top, these do not easily self-correct; rather, they build upon themselves because of an impulse to cover up and layer new deceptions on top of old deceit. That seems to be what is happening in both the Rob Porter and porn-payoff scandals.

The risk is that this stain continues to spread, metastasizing and bringing down everything around it. And to me, it looks as if the Trump administration is now metastasizing.

You wish. The American people are starting to see through your bullshit. That is why even after all of the negative reporting by the Fake News Media Trump’s approval rating is at 50% and higher than Obambi’s was at this point in his administration.

The stupidity in the gun-control epic hissyfit by snowflakes has reached epic status, as it always does after a mass shooting, especially in a school (read “gun-free”) environment. To me, it all boils down to this:

Sam has guns.

Brucie doesn’t want him to have them.

Stalemate.

And what bothers me most about the whole thing is the classic reaction by Republicans to Democrat tantrums:

As little kids, Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell are fighting over how to share a new sled.

Chucky suggests a compromise: “I’ll take the sled downhill,” he says, “and you take the sled uphill.”

Little Mitch says, “Fine with me. I’m glad to see you’re willing to work together.”

But I realize that sometimes I’m unfair with the Dems. I mean, after all, both our major political parties are in favor of growth – of government.

And some Republicans actually have some balls. In fact, if Nikki Haley gave Jeffie Sessions one of hers, they’d both have two.

The basic difference between gun owners and illegal aliens these days is that Democrats believe that illegal aliens have Constitutional rights in this country.

And I would absolutely LOVE for one of our special persecutors or “investigators” to explain how it’s a bad thing for the Russians to make nuisances of themselves in our national elections but it’s O.K. for illegal immigrants and dead people to vote.

Now . . . it’s downright surprising, innit, that when the nutcase lefty Hodgkinson tried to wipe out several Republican Congressmen with an AR-15, the liberals didn’t get their panties in a wad over gun control legislation.

And how quickly and conveniently snowflakes forgot that the Texas church shooting was stopped by an NRA member with an AR-15. Also, as a result of the 9-11 hijackings, didn’t airlines arm some of their pilots and develop the air-marshal program? Any airline hijackings since then?

Y’know . . . back in 1776 when the British government sent troops to demand that Americans surrender their firearms, Americans shot them with those guns instead. And for those who can’t understand why people need to have more ammunition than their gun will hold, it’s simple: for the same reason we don’t buy Kleenex, paper towels, and toilet paper one sheet at a time.

The Democrat Party began as a political organization but morphed into a malignant liberal virus threatening the life of the nation.

Liberalism insisted for years that we change the way we raise children. Now they’re frantically looking for laws to control the monsters they created who eat Tide pods, want us to stop killing alligators to make GatorAde, and shoot up schools because someone unfriended them on Facebook.

Well, I gotta go with P.J. O’Rourke on that one: “At the core of liberalism is the spoiled child – miserable, as all spoiled children are, unsatisfied, demanding, ill-disciplined, despotic, and useless. Liberalism is a philosophy of sniveling brats.”

And on the subject of children, the left’s “it’s for the children” mantra is getting a bit stale, too. For decades now we’ve gone down that path paved with fool’s gold which avoided competition in schools and awarded “participation” trophies so that no little Mommy’s darling got his delicate feelings hurt.

O.K. It’s natural to want your children to succeed and to try to protect them from disappointment or fewer privileges than the Jones kids. But – the real world doesn’t really give a real damn about their delicate sensitivities. Children NEED to experience conflict and disappointment and loss so they can develop skills for resolving issues while mature adults, such as teachers or preachers or family, are available to guide them.

To give them the false sense of security that they’re special and the world owes them cradle-to-grave entitlements arrests the development of a very crucial facet of their personalities to help them deal with real problems in that real world.

When a sheltered inexperienced personality in a young adult’s body flush with hormones and strange temptations encounters rejection or loss or pain, it looks for quick and easy tricks to cope with the frustration, the fear, the unrelenting angst, and too often the trick it comes up with is drugs, or sex, or guns.

Oh, well . . . thassenuffadat. Any more and I’ll have a bad attitude for the rest of the day, and it’s lookin like a nice one out there, so I’m gonna find some malicious coffee and pernicious chocolate somethin-or-other and try to figger out why I now have TWO printers that my iMac won’t talk to.

Nick Freitas is running in Virginia to unseat Tim Kaine in the Senate. For those of you who haven’t seen this speech enjoy. This speech really pissed off the Dimocrats in the House of Delegates, many of whom walked out in anger. The truth hurts, especially when he pointed out the history of the Dimocrat Party: the party of Slavery®, the party of segregation, the party of Jim Crow, the party against women’s suffrage, and the party that rounded up Asian-Americans and put them in concentration camps. George W. Bush just said that Trump was making him look good. Only to Dimocrats and RINOs George. For those of us who care about the country, he’s looking pretty good and a lot better than you did. So why don’t you STFU like you did when Obungler was destroying the country. You didn’t say anything then did you?

Most of us know that liberals have severe mental problems since liberalism is a mental disorder. Alas, female liberals have this mental problem far worse than men. For example, look at all the liberal females who look on Crooked Cankles as some sort of feminist icon. Thunder Rodent Thighs is about as feminist as I am. Her only accomplishments have come because she is married to BJ. Without him she would have never won a Senate seat, become SecState, or got the Dimocrat presidential nomination. Furthermore, she allowed BJ to humiliate her and her daughter in front of the world. A real feminist would have taken Chelsea and left the horndog but she needed him to fulfill her ambitions.

And they think she is a champion of women. Yet this “champion of women” enabled BJ’s serial sexual harassments and furthermore led the charge to destroy these women. And the hypocritical members of NOW were right behind her in defending BJ instead of his victims because he supported abortion.

So it is no surprise that at one of the DC marches some clueless liberal woman carried the following sign. This sign and the text underneath it came from an e-mail sent to me by many readers.

“I dream women will someday have the same rights as guns.”

Does that mean that this brilliant liberal wants…

– women to be banned from entering school and college campuses? (Heh. A woman free zone. – GOC)

– women to be banned from any establishment selling alcohol?

– women to be banned from polling places on election days (That would be the death of the Dimocrat Party – GOC)

– women to be banned from any official government group meetings?(No women in Congress – GOC)

– all women to be banned from all airports?

– you to have to pay a fee to the state before you can have a woman with you?

– some women to be banned outright simply because they look too scary?

– all women to be locked up at all times that they are not in use?
